Kindly tackle ; 1. How does Judy handle the pressures of being a first born and expectations of taking care of everyone while no one reciprocates the same. 2. How to tactfully correct your parent when in the wrong without coming off as disrespectful. 3. Being friends with your mum and the boundaries set 4. How to deal with a toxic and a narcissistic parent/child
As a daughter, we have no relationship with my mum. I can't talk to her about anything because somehow she'll find fault and speak vitu siwezi sahau . I've thought about this and just because she raised me up ... I'll probably have someone look after her . I'll the calling that person ... Manipulation and complains 24/7 caused this .
Love the perspective podcast especially mum i related to you.... Hehh more examples of how you bond with kate and make her your friend and buddie without overstepping and how youcan mend brocken relationships as per parent daughter or parent son.
As a parent if you were not a good parent and didn’t bother building good and lasting relationships with your children, please don’t expect anything from them. Just carry on and grow old in peace wherever you choose. Do not burden your children in the name of curses.
I am a parent and I agree. Some of us have narcissistic tendencies. Feel entitled and are good at using manipulation. As a child I will save myself, I have my life to live. this is not selfish it is choosing self and setting boundaries!
Kate you are right, you have to have enough training to understand the needs also lots of pple do jobs for money.moral values knowing God also plays a big role in everything you do
this was such a good and important episode ❤ my mother and I also have discussed things like having a trust , where we can put money for emergencies and for funeral expenses.
Always enjoy you individually but this too is AWESOME! I love your relationship and that you bring the good, bad and a lil of the ugly...the vulnerability is much appreciated!!
I think KTN talked to one of the neighbours and she said the lady shut people out. She even had a daytime nanny employed to take care of her but at some point she started chasing the nanny away or would not open the gate whenever the nanny shows up. Alikuwa anawaita devil
I had missed these conversations. One of the first videos I ever watched on Kate's channel. Keep them coming!! You and your mum are a vibe 😂 And you do have siblingssss😅
@@perspective-mdc I wish you had asked this question in a polite way. It is bordering on rude. I'm actually taken aback for someone who has rooted and watched your shows for a while I think I don't deserve that.
@@suenanu4648 for someone who has watched prior content then you should know we have no reason to be rude. We were wondering what your comment had to do with the conversation cause it was such small snippet of Judy, the mother saying her mum was unavailable. You adding about social security was peculiar so we wanted to know what you were saying and how it adds to the conversation.
@@perspective-mdc I listened to the whole conversation and I was chiming in to a concern Judy had about her mom's retirement. I am sorry for giving unsolicited advise. I still feel the way you asked that question wasn't polite. Even the emoji of the eyes. I'm actually offended.

These are such great ideas. Thank you so much. Number one is tackled on episode 2 which just went live 😊.

I haven't called or talked to my mum for 6 months and to be honest the distance is all i needed.
But my siblings live with her and i know shes okay.
Sometimes you have to take yourself out of the equation

If she is in the States, maybe she is earning Social Security and when she gets to 61 years old, the govertment starts paying her back.
What does this have to do with the conversation 👀
