He explained in great detail about the “bakarkhani’ and how it originated in Bengal but has nothing to do with Lucknow. In Lucknow we only have sheermal and not bakarkhani. The podcast by Abdi Saheb was one of the episodes of “ Culture Bazar”. Thank you

People of Karachi eat Baqirkhani ( only shef of Karachi cook ) in valeema and
wedding day dinner it is not
Punjabi Baqur khani of u eat
with Qoorma it taste fantastic
Our friends who come from Lahore and eat it they like it
and call it paratha from Karachi.
Baketkhani is different in Kashmir but the full of taste
