Returning mine ASAP. Read all the reviews about it not cutting and I am having the same issues. I made sure the blade was inserted correctly and followed the video step by step. Still not working. I also think I was sold a refurbished one or one that was used and returned to the company. When the cartridge is moving, it has a delay and some areas of the machine show usage. This machine cost too much to function like this. My $200 Circuit preformed much better than this. Sad!!!

Is the software license good for only one system or is it like Silhouette (Business Edition) which can be installed on up to 3 systems. I just ordered one as well as the Silhouette is limited to only 12 in wide vinyl.
You can install SignMaster onto as many computers as you like to use for designing your work and saving it. However, you can only have one computer actually send your files to the cutter. If you want to output from a particular computer then it must to be Activated, and you are entitled to one (1) Activation per license.
I have this same system, but the blade cartridge doesn’t lower down enoughfor the blade to even cut the vinyl so when it’s “cutting” it is hoovering right over the vinyl like it’s cutting but it’s not even touching the vinyl? What can be the issue?
It's possible the blade isn't loaded correctly. There is a little "rim" on the blade that fits *inside* the clasp of the blade carriage. We've had some users install the blade with the rim resting on top of the clasp. If that's the case, just re-load the blade correctly and there shouldn't be an issue. If the blade holder is loaded correctly and there is still an issue, please call our Technical Support Department at (800)215-0894.
Ok I just did a test cut on heat transfer vinyl won’t cut what could be my issue in vinyl system 28 can show what my blade is supposed to look like loaded correctly I’ve tried a hundred times to load this and still won’t cut

I'd like to see a video on how to calibrate for contour cutting. I've been using it for a while now and sometimes it contour cuts great and other times it starts fine then it its off by 1/8" by the time its done cutting and I just wasted $30 in materials and an hours time in printing and laminating. Some times some pieces on the same sheet cut fine and others are off left or right by quit a bit.

Some dude said u gotta ground it with a metal hanger from the cutter to the stand because of static electricity especially if it's on a rug or near a curtain

You can cut very thin craft wood, like balsa. You'll likely need a 60-degree blade if the material is a little thicker: www.heatpressnation.com/products/vinyl-systems-60-blade

I just got my System Edge cutter and it is very difficult to operate. There are any good directions!! Come on HPN.

This is a nightmare. Very difficult to figure out. Zero directions in the manuel. Zero directions anywhere

Hello I cant find anywhere on how to adjust pinch rollers? mine are all on the far right. Seem stuck in place. Please help!
There is a lever on the back that allows you to raise the rollers. Once the rollers are raised, you can then slide them into position.

What if the device does not want to connect with the software?
