Hey Bernadette! We’ve had ours for 3 mos now but we’ve never encountered any issues. I guess the one thing I don’t like is that the apple car play can get a bit buggy, though this is a problem other car brands encounter too so it’s certainly not a deal breaker. I love our emzoom, but my husband loves it more cause he’s the driver 😂
