- STORM HAS ARRIVED!! Any advice would really help we are new to bringing up a Husky so comment to help us out!
we went to watch my beautiful sister run her first marathon for an amazing charity close to our hearts the lullaby trust.
It was a brilliant day a bit mental with 4 children in London on one of the packed days of the year.
31 Weeks preggo and i am feeling it now!

When Ella was holding on to the bus the only thought in my head was Ella saying to herself in her head my mum was in Eastenders and I know what happens with buses on that show😂

I know it's rough, but it's tough love when they're puppies. My dog cried all through the night for around 6 weeks and then one night it just stopped. Overtime he'll attach to a fav toy, make sure this is with him in the night. I can see your garden is fenced so whilst the weather is nice just leave the back door open and encourage him to wee/poo whenever he is out there. We use the words "busy busy" when he's outside, which my dog has learnt that this means basically do your business, and when we say this he does. In regards to the sofa, just keep pushing him down and telling him no. Hope this helps!! He's such a gorgeous dog, can't wait to see him grow!! xx

Buying a Siberian Husky at 30+ weeks pregnant, mmmm. All puppies needs loads of patience and work (as does a baby obv!) It would've been good if you could've given your full attention to just one of those things at a time. Both at the same time will be unnecessarily stressful for all concerned. Huskies are notoriously destructive and aren't brilliantly suited to the size of most homes and gardens due to their high energy levels. Add in a pram, baby chair and play mat alongside dog bed, crate, bowls plus howling energetic dog and crying baby. Have an awful feeling the super cute puppy showpiece will become the pain in the butt. Maybe the very fact you're asking for advice implies you haven't done your research. Please prove me wrong, but this scenario is how many dogs end up in rescues.

Please get a dog trainer in, you gone and got yourself an extremely powerful and clever dog which basically means destructive and a needs ran not walked, if you don’t get the puppy training right you will regret it when he is bigger. Walking a dog that is powerful and not trained well is not a pleasure and husky need so much mental stimulation to keep them from chewing everything. Just get a professional in now to help you out. Xxx

Aw I love huskies! Love his name. A tip to discourage him from going on the sofa is to completely ignore him when he tries to get on the sofa and tries to get your attention then the second he gets off the sofa, give him lots of attention and praise while he’s on the floor so he associates being on the floor with good things and he’ll soon realise he doesn’t get your attention unless he’s on the floor. It’ll take a bit of time but be consistent with him. Hope that helps and if I can be of any more assistance with regarding training a puppy, let me know. 🙂 he sounds very cute. Good luck with training him. Hopefully he’s not as stubborn as my now retired guide dog joy was/is! Lol. X
Storm is so cute, I want a husky but I’d want them to stay that small😔😍 got to love Ella blowing her dinner😂 try draping a blanket over Storm’s crate and that way he’ll settle, it works with puppies I know someone else has and try giving him chews that he can really get his teeth into and will last him a while to stop the biting. You could also give him an item of yours or Dan’s old clothing and spray it with your perfume or Dans aftershave so it’s something familiar when he’s in the crate at night? In regards to toilet training, keep an eye on if he sniffs about and if he does send him out and let him out regularly which is what you’re probably doing and if he does something in the house, let him know it’s wrong and show him where he needs to go. Hope this helps and can’t wait for the next video x

Once their baby teeth go they tend to stop nibbling people
For puppy teething frozen carrots & apples sliced up... And puppy teething toys, he will go through stages of crying as he will get lonely and scared and as he's a Pippy can't hold himself as long.. What puppy food is he on? And play with him right before you go to bed so he's nackered :) I had two pups at once so I understand the struggle
Best advice I could give for furr baby storm would be not to give into him when he crys. Honestly they click on and play on it. Firmly tell him 'NO!' and reward him when he's good 😊 Kongs are also amazing for doggies when they nibble on stuff! Good luck x

My puppy nibbled till I came home to find the tv cord nibbled then she stopped for good ( she was fine though!))
When we got our puppy. The first night he cryed because of being away from his mum.. after a few days we put him in the kitchen and put the crate on the edge with the door open and put a baby gate around the area so he was only in the crate and kitchen but he was free to walk about. He didn't like being stuck in his crate. After the first night he's been brilliant coming and going as he wants. He's now 8 months old and a little angel.. also I would recommend puppy pads. We have one down in the kitchen and he goes wee and poo on that and he knows to go on that and not anywhere else unless he's outside.. good luck his a cutie XX

Hi Jacqueline, when we got my puppy, he hated being left alone as any dog does and we just didnt know what to do so we rung the breeder up and they said that when they were in their pens......dont know what it is called.......he would turn the radio on so they could hear it but they couldnt. We also tried the scent of the owner trick with a blanket and he loves that even if it is in pieces now. The radio trick worked wonders totally think about giving it a go. Good luck xx
HI Jacqueline Jossa I'm a big fan and i want you to make more videos when you have the time to do them and we all miss you on EastEnders and we hope you come back when you are ready to be on again and i hope its not to long but dont rush cuz your kids are going to need you before you come back to EastEnders hopefully i hope you read this as well keep up the work

Storm is super cute , Ella is the double of you , miss seeing you in eastenders :( how old is storm? We have a 17 week old cavapoo and I’m afraid to say she’s still not fully trained toilet wise , however is sleeping through the night without barking etc , she did the same as storm and starting pooing in her create our solution was to keep her create door open and let her have free roam of the kitchen that way any accidents ended up being on the floor , she still occasionally has an accident over night , we have also started doing set feeding times 3 times a day and 10 mins or so after letting her in the garden to do the business and just taking her out regularly,
I know how hard that is with a toddler as have one ourselves but storm will get there eventually hopefully before baby is born x

I’m sorry about u and dan if it is true (hoping it’s not) but if it is then stay strong and never giving up fighting to keep your family together (unless there’s good reason not to), it’s the most important thing in the world, they are your world 🌍 xxx
The worst part is the puppy stage I was the same as you we almost got rid of him but you need to stick with it. He sleeps outside our bedroom on his bed as he knows he’s quite close but that might be harder for you if the kids doors are open. The nipping and when he does it in a really high pitched voice yell ow hope it works. Good luck and for the new baby. X
When my Pomeranian was a puppy and nibbling, I was told to when she nibbled, put a toy in her mouth to let her know that’s ok to bite and not to bite me. I thought it would just encourage her to bite if she thought we were playing because she got a toy after biting but I tried it and within a week she completely stopped biting. She’s coming up on two years now and no biting.

Storm is gorgeous , we got a puppy 1 week ago and We’re also struggling with the nipping, but she also hates the crate and always toilets in it at night time 😂fingers crossed she gets used to it soon 🤞🏼😅
I have a puppy and he constantly bit all the time it was getting frustrating but just make sure hes got the rawhide chew sticks you can get from bnm or home bargains and they are a god send! my dog is now 6 months and he doesn't really bite anymore they do defo grow out of it its just while there teething. if he goes to bite just put one of them raw hides in his mouth and he will chew that instead. :) Storm is so cute and ella is gorgeous! love your little family x
dogs and any animals will always go on the sofa,even when they are properly trained once you leave the house they are on the sofa lmao.So I think if animals are being adopted and brought in to be a part of a family they need to be treated like a family member than just a dog or a pet.He is beautiful
Get a little tuba wear box and put pasta and shake it or spray him every time he does nibble ,my pup has just stopped and she's 16 months x
We must be due around the same time as I’m 31 weeks ! I’ve had awful back ache too and nothing seems to help :(
When Storm is teething and he starts to bite too much, if you have a Kong find a recipe online for Storm that he might like (there are millions out there), fill it in the Kong then freeze it and it takes them hours to finish and apparently really helps soothe the pain of teething for them💗

When baby is born give puppy a vest that baby has worn before you come home. My sister did this and it prepared her dog for the new baby. Her dog did not leave the side of the Moses basket whenever baby was in there and the vest she sent home became the dogs comforter 😀

Stick a clock or watch in the pillow case under his pillow it’s like their mother’s heartbeat xx
Use chew toys and if you go to a pet stor there may be some "teething" toys. In my local pet shop there was some for our doggy

I've heard of people using a dog bed that has a heated cusion (not sure of the name), it's supposed to be comforting for them as it mimics the warmth of their mum or owner! Might help with howling at night :)

Jacqueline - Every time Storm goes to bite/nibble or jump on the sofa get a spray bottle of water and spray him.. he'll soon get annoyed with it and learn not to do it!! It worked when i had a husky.. and he got bored of it in the end!!
You should be letting the dog go on the couch if he wants to... if you own a dog he becomes part of the family.. putting restrictions like that is cruel. Maybe he wants to lay next to you while you stroke him.
It’s a husky they need strict boundaries and are very large dogs, not suited to being treated like lap dogs. They will control your life if you let them.
Cheryl Brookes my uncle has 5 VERY well trained huskies, do not try and educate me on them.
