Destination Rosario Resort, San Juan Islands - Freedom Boat Club

We boarded one of the fine boats in the Freedom Boat Club fleet out of Anacortes, Washington for a day trip to Rosario Resort on Oras Island in the beautiful San Juan Islands. Rosario Resort was completed in 1909 and the 40 acre destination includes a beautiful marina, lodging, restaurant, spa, and expansive grounds with hiking trails and gardens. The resort can be accessed by road via the Washington State Ferry system, boat, and Kenmore Air has a regularly scheduled float plane flight into the resort.
