kuroko's use depends on the situation. but according to kise he's the best player if the conditions are met. ironically kuroko says the same about kise. which is double ironic cuz they were the weakest at teiko.
And look where they are now- Kuroko won the Winter Cup, and Kise could end up being the strongest player out of the Generation of Miracles (he's done it before, in Extra Game).
