100% of democrats voted to end the statute. 90% of the republicans voted to keep the 1864 law. Your vote matters.

    1864 abortion ban statute
The 1st rule of living in a free country. Leave others alone
The 2nd rule of living in a free country. Do not force your religious beliefs on others.
The United States was not set up as a theocracy.

Yes, the LGBTQ rainbow cult religion should mind it´s own business and should not throw their believes down other people´s throats.

I really respect those two Republicans who had the courage to stand up for women's rights. 👏

The rest of the civilized world and many of our allies have more relaxed abortion laws than this state’s territory law. 🤷‍♂️

It's appalling they refuse to deal with 1863. That was the tough year...

I have no idea how a law created when it was a territory and not even a state was allowed to be considered.

During an Abortion the Dr. has to keep track of the parts of the Fetus. The reason being that they come out in pieces. They make piles of baby body parts so they can count the legs, and arms and so on. If the parts aren't there they have to keep digging until they find them.

It’s not about how it looks. It’s about how it functions.
What do we do with people who are braindead on life support?

@@bestdulce13 Yes it's true. Ask an abortion Dr. and they should tell. Read about abortions.

"End a pregnancy"?! An abortion is ending a human life.

    • @alexdubrovensky914

Depends on the condition of that life.
Not many people care for zygotes and embryos. That’s just not the life people care for.

It’s ending both. However, the point of the abortion is to stop the pregnancy in its tracks, not necessarily to kill human life. This is why towards the end of gestation, some women are induced, so that the pregnancy (or miscarriage) is done with.
