Thank you so much for creating this marvelous video! An absolute delight. To have a little different fun with absorbing it, viewers might want to play with the playback speed, like changing it to .75 normal.
Tilopa was a great guru. Because he gave rise to Naropa. I love this video and the message it conveys Edit: As much as I love Buddhism, only guru who spoke to me was guru padmasambhava. But while many in my inner circle went to guru rinpoche who’s no doubt a stalwart including nyima ozer, tilopa got me into Buddhism when I was 22. I’m 37 now. I really need to speak to him. I remember sharing this with a friend years back. What beautiful words

Same message/insight is presented during wonderful guided meditations by Mooji. Tilopa and Naropa belongs to famous tradition of 84 Mahasiddhas revered both by Hindu and Buddhists. Nice that Tilopa enlightened song is inspiring after 1000 years. Good luck in meditation.!:)
Mahamudra, non-dual awareness is not located at any particular place or location. But perhaps letting your awareness rest at the back of the head has allowed you to open into that boundless space?
No, that is not correct. Where do we feel love ? Everywhere ? No, it is in the the heart. The heart has a function that can be awakened. The head has a function that can be awakened. The hara has a function that can be awakened. Etc..
+Brett Rogers there is no creation, creation means CHANGING of original Absolute, which is impossible, because Absolute doesn't have any fluctuations, it is always perfect.Perfection can not produce imperfection. @@richardbrahman4081 I would prefer this view as it makes more intuitive sense to me than creation ex-nihlio, but what of the scientific evidence we now have, such as background radiation in the cosmos, or fossil records on the earth which refute non-creation. @@dontcallmejon I'd rather refer you to Yoga Vasishtha, medieval Indian tract on advaita vedanta. The creation is an illusion. This material world is illusion, God-Absolute is real, although majority of humans can't realize it. This is the ultimate teaching. From here, seated on awareness, one experiences the beyond, the indescribable.

Buddhism often speaks of the supreme being, but I have not read much about all of Creation being a part of this Supreme Being (aka. God?).

Yea... the whole concept of there being a "creation" of a "supreme being" is baseless and refuted in Buddhism.

Enlightenment is like Grucho Marx. He would not want to appear in a mind that wants it, only in those that let go.
