People barely cared about wonder women either. It's just not a highly demanded film for people to want to watch. The classic characters and male performances are much more interesting

Sean Young actually had been cast as Vicki Vale for the Batman movie then but she broke her arm from an on set horse riding accident early on during the production, so dull Kim Basinger was cast in the role. Sean Young fiercely wanted the Catwoman role for Batman Returns, and I recall Annette Bening was a contender for it, but Michelle Pfeiffer aced the the role as we all know.
