- Beehive In A Bucket!
This one's pretty self explanatory folks, removed a beehive that successfully overwintered inside of a 5 gallon bucket.
The owner "Mr. Robinson" moved into this residence about 2 months previously & discovered he had inherited a beehive in a bucket located on the back corner of his shed.
I had to trim a bunch of weed trees & vines & stuff to get anywhere near the bucket but believe it or not that's pretty much par for the course when you're a bee removal guy.
At first the colony was somewhat testy & stung myself & Mr. Robinson but after a little smoke & some assurances that I wasn't going to harm them they calmed down quite magnificently.
If you enjoyed this video please consider subscribing to my channel & please share my channel with other. I'd really appreciate that!
Honey Bees are wonderful & beneficial pollinators. Please consider calling a live bee removal specialist if you are faced with an unwanted colony at your residence or workplace.
I specialize in live honey bee removal & often share the honey from these removals with the home owners who call me out. If you've never tried raw honey fresh from the hive, the first chance you get you'll never want to buy cheap store bought honey again.
Always seek out raw, lightly filtered & unpasteurized honey from your local area if possible.
Thanks again for stopping by, hope you stay awhile.

JP- What I like about your videos is that you are equally as excellent with the people as you are with the bees. I love listening to your banter with the homeowners.
The banter is the icing on the cake in these videos! Great videos and a story behind each one. JP, he is the best!
The fact that he patiently finds the queen bee every time is amazing and he’s never frustrated! Blessing to you!
Thanks for the videos, JP! Wholesome content in these trying times is always welcome.
Can't understand for the life of me why anybody would give a thumbs down to a cut out, like how on earth could it possibly be bad. Haters! You're the best JP keep em comin! Thumbs up all the way.
Thank you sweetheart ✌️👍🐝
Absolutely! 💕💕🐝
I'm always amazed how you find the queen out of all those bees
Him and the customer had such wholesome banter. Both of them have a comforting uncle like nature about em.
You absolutely should bill for all your services JP, even tree cutting! You’re so multitalented!
love my bee whisperer--you bee the bestest!! God bless!!
JP you are the man. Any beekeeper that will sit right down in the middle of a hive like that deserves a salute. Dirt rooster, and the rest just took 2nd place . You are the man brother. Great video. Can’t wait until you can get back to doing more videos. God Bless my friend
JP, I love your videos! Your soft voice and gentleness with the bees and people gives this ol'lady peace. Keep up the good work, I always look forward to your new videos.
Respect JP you are the Bee Whisperer. I have owned a backyard hive for 3 months. I inspected my hive on 3 occasions and never seen! My queen. Elusive girl she is. You make it look so easy. Regards from southwest Australia - (Bunbury)

I find it amazing that you're so confident in your job that you can just sit in a crowd of bees and not even flinch. 🤙
The “”bee whisperer “”😊
They are not very aggressive. Nice 🐝🐝🐝❤️ bees
That's the first five gallon bucket hive I've ever seen. I didn't know they would set up in a place with such a large opening exposed to the elements.
They can also pick a tree branch where it rains and all. They won't do too well there though.
Hallo ... 👋🏻😇 🐝❣️

You are so awsome. Thank you so much for everything you do.
Great job JP for a second I thought the queen was going to get away from you and climb up behind the fence LOL

Bees' collective intelligence: Coordinating a dozen projects at once, including construction, engineering, food harvesting and storage, nursery care, security patrols, and communication networks.

Most people I know mellow out after a little "smoke" too
Maybe that was the first beekeeper without protection that I saw handle very well with the bees. Good job!

All the weird places you find bee hives it's like you're a bee hunter or scavenger.
I imagine to the bees, that bucket was kinda like an old fashioned skep hive.
Hi from Scotland, I love your videos pal, are you still amazed by people's reactions to you working right next to the bees, when there standing way back in there homes.

The bees and the queen look like they have some buckfast or italian in them.

First the girlfriends where mean girls then they caught a whiff of smoke and heard the sweet talk of JP and they became calm girlfriends listening to the soothing voice of the bee whisperer JP The Beeman and next thing you know the girls are on the march to their new luxury apartment. LOL keep up the videos . Oh and keep staying safe .
Thats awesome ! 👍
Nice work 👍🏽
love these videos
Ok...finally saw the queen...vvvvv slightly larger than the others.thanks
Great to see such a healthy colony. Bees such amazing creatures, guess initiall reaction would be to see you as potential predator but when sensed you meant them no harm, they then relaxed.
I seen an article today in the news that the Asian Giant Hornet is now in America. The article has them up around Washington State, but it won't be long til it makes it's way south to warmer regions. 5 of these hornets can kill a honey bee hive of 20k or more no problem, so keep your eye out for them. I know you don't generally wear a bee suit, and it won't really matter since their stinger, which feels like a hot metal poker driving into your skin can penetrate a bee suit. You can't miss them if you see them, they are about 2in long. I am only bringing it to your attention, I enjoy yall's videos and want you to be safe.
Their sting may feel like a hot metal poker to us, but what do our slaps and stamps feel like to them? I'd say considerably worse.
So you’re telling me all I need is a bunch of 5 gallon buckets to farm bees?!
Great !👏👏
It's all good
In a past video you demonstrated a bee jacket that was extra long and wouldn't ride up when you bent over. I'm having a lot of trouble with my jacket in this regard. Is that jacket still available? Where could I buy one?
Holy jesus how do you do that without a bee suit?
🐝 💕 🙏
Jeff..................... da man. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bees in Da bucket
J P You need the swamp thing or mr Ed to find the queen Well it looks like you found the queen without the two great ones
These bucket swarm traps work.
Now, that’s a “” bucket of bees””! 🥴
More fun than a barrel of monkeys
IDK Rob, barrels of monkeys are pretty fun. 😉😁👍🐝
Bucket O Bees.
What happens with the Beezy get left behind
Parabéns. Muito bom.
JP! Love your videos!! My neighbors house looked like it had a swarm in the backyard. What does that mean? He has a hive or they were just moving?
Could be a swarm or an open air colony.
Honey is considered one of the natural root hormone ...
Have you ever run into a killer bee colony?
I feel bad. Yellow jackets made a honey comb. It was beautiful. I kicked it apart, from bucket. If you want 🐝 bees, get a cultivated yarrow. You'll get them, that's for sure. I just read, and was reminded. Yellow jackets make no honey 🍯. They hijacked my sweet bees' hive.
No honey. All dried up.
They are gentle. I didn't get stung, until I got too close, and started digging.
