agreed you have to take into account the cost of venues and all the other stuff it takes to put on a show, it's not something people normally think about but the costs do add up
i really don't consider the casualties sellouts. i think a sellout is punk bands that come out on tv or mtv thats a big sell out example : RANCID came out on mtv ...... to me they are considerd sell out but thats just me
