- With Pancake Tuesday approaching, here's my attempt at pancakes, using the Ridgemonkey, filmed last week at Somers Wood.

I. Am always the back of the queue at home for cakes, fresh baked roll etc., but pancakes, always the first for me. Says it all.😂 Anyway, it’s not right, just not right, pancakes are round.

I would've used less oil, and used a piece of kitchen towel to wipe the oil around the pan. Then when pouring the batter out, swirl the pan to spread it out. That way it'll be thin.

Lemon, TBH we don't really do pancakes apart from this time of year.
The first one out is always rubbish, my kids still fight over it though. Can't wait for Tuesday....
