Hi Grace I know you are struggling with hay fever and are sensitive to lactose so you're avoiding the tablets but just wanted to let you know you can still take the antihistamine liquids. They don't contain lactose eg piriteze you can also get an antihistamine slow release injection which would Last the summer period 😘 ps Peter Andre has a reality series on UA-cam during lockdown with his wife and family it's on The Sun UA-cam channel (I know it's an awful newspaper but the series is actually quite good!)
Yes I know she's dairy intolerant which is why she can't have antihistamine tablets but she can have the liquid as there is no dairy in it. Patients who have a dairy intolerance don't need to suffer with hay fever because they can't take the tablets I just wanted to let her know that there are alternatives out there

Ok, so it's currently a quarter past eleven at night and I'm meaning to bake butter crumble topped blueberry muffins tomorrow, but I sure be getting a right mood to start baking right this second. I'm not sure if it's all the quarantine baking I've been seeing, but every time I see a Grackle video that involves baking I want to start baking - stat.
Cooking is a bit of a crazy experiment...I once made "beer flapjacks" with the oats soaked in Bitter and then strained and left to dry out before using them with the rest of the ingredients...adds a different taste to the mix.
i’m allergic to milk as well and i don’t have the hay fever tablets but i can take the piriton/piriteze syrup for kids and it works pretty well - personally it does make me really drowsy but the tablets used to do that to me anyway (:

She's actually allergic to dairy. So for example, it doesn't matter if some cows milk is made lactose free, she still can't consume it.
