I remember I was partially bedridden because of herniated discs completely in the lower back for 6 months . I was thinking “Why me” for 3 months and the next 3 months I read about healing self , reading about hypnosis, PLr and other spiritual things. The day I was to be operated the docs told they won’t promise I will get back to normal . They even told me not to do yoga , bend forward and also not to lift anything above 5 kgs
Thanks to all the learning I had while I was on bed and decided to heal myself today I do yoga and all the stuff they have told me not to do.
Recently I was happy to find Guru Pashupathi and now I am happy to have joined the 64 day challenge program

So I am curious what the beliefs if that's what it's called (im not sure) ... do females have guru? Is this limited to Men? Also , specifically I've learned through some astrology research, which is as beginner if even that. Seems like I've throughout life accidentally on purpose managed to survive through without conscious surroundings from what I perceived . I've also periodically opened up through learning as life continued. I'm not saying this with a negative perspective outlook towards these surroundings. It wasn't always the case . I eventually found my way from that madness of victimized victim hood , yet it's not just one or the other ok throughout there is absolutely still been a level of observation and clarity . . I learned Neptune conjunct my ascendant Sagittarius in 12th house over long-term and in hindsight I could see it's spot on in regards to being vulnerable to surroundings, being wide open energeticly, spiritually, honestly I don't know what verbage feels fitting . Infact it's as if I fit in but only to a point .. it's difficult to put into words describing without it automatically heard or read as their own chosen version of me . And it's also described from some details of this particular astrological placement... yes I understand there is always more than singular . Eventually learning through language of astrology, human design, and accidentally on purpose I guess feeling my way through these paths. Having boundaries , just period seen and unseen which then speaks to discipline . Actually it seems those mean the same thing just a different language . The communication gets lost in translation , perhaps not lost, either way it's evident JUST knowing doesn't do shit without the discipline grounding grounding ... btw at 47 Gen X here.. lol. Circumstances from past I take accountability for what is mine to take. This is still something I actively redirect myself as I catch this happening. I'm terrified for my children, because they're sensitive, or they are all like me. All 4 son's. And what reality continues to confirm . But then again remember if I have managed to survive eventually breaking thru my own self exposed purgatory, plus conditioning , etc. If I made it this far then there's no freaking way my son's and all THEIR brilliance simply existing diamond's from the rough, and limitless potential limitless . . What about if having partial hysterectomy? You mentioned cycle for women?. It's truly not what I would have chosen with awareness or with confidence within myself in area's such as medical . Were supposed to be able to trust those whom were there as health care assistance. . Plus my own health care self care. Sometimes I feel like I'm just a freak show , "YOUR TOO SENSITIVE NADIA " from young age.. basically "can you be ANYONE BUT YOU NADIA, except for WHEN I need you to be sensitive for me ". Holding space for others , perhaps it's that . There's always been this innate ability with others from young age which feeling them more than themselves feel their selves.. maybe this is egoic, perhaps mixture of everything,... shit I just crave the community instead of just being this struggle. Probably rambling gibberish and if this is the case , just know that I sincerely use that as my proof of structural and online isn't it. It's been separation for long enough. But if we look at the moon itself, maybe women should try to sync themself to a particular phase of the lunar cycle, bo? or in other words: is there a better time for the woman's cycle referring to the 28 days of the moon cycle ? @@andrecosta9e women have their own timeline with cycles, each one of us- hence no need to try to sync it with the moon’s cycle. The moon’s cycle is the Devi’s cycle. Your period will fall in and out of sync with the moon’s cycle depending on your level of awareness (little complicated to explain here) and that’s natural and perfectly okay :).

Story goes like this, one day god was bored as he was alone so he/she created one more god to play with. And god is excellent at what he/she does so he forgot that he/she was the god. Hence we are here in this samsara/maya, torturing ourselves. You are that god who forget that you are the god, hence self inquiry/self realization:-)
