My brother just dug up our old xbox 360 w/ oblivion still in the disc tray a couple hours ago.. our first thought was, "I wonder if there's a 100% world record for this?" Pretty cool to find out the current record was just set!

Speedrun shower thought: Are save clips actually safe? 42:20 "She's (Caminalda) like invincible for some reason" I believe that the reason is that you are supposed to "hold off" until the battlemages come to your rescue. You are just not supposed to be the person who kills her.
In all my years of playing oblivion never did I think about using dispel to find jskar, I didn't even know you could use it to find him like that! That's such a cool detail, I always thought you just had to do the quest proper because when I talked to him invisible he'd just tell me to go away.
Epic, dude! I'm tellin ya, sub-20 one-man run is within reach. I also just noticed the first 79-hour attempt was exactly 4 years ago on the 29th of August! NOICE!
So what I'd like to know is, why vanilla Oblivion specifically? Not that it's necessarily bad, but it's weird, since everyone's been playing with both DLCs for, what, 15 years?
We know what gear we need for a great audio setup but we had to work with gear we already had since our budget has gone into lighting, capture cards, etc. for the video quality first. By V4 we should have some good shotgun mics and an audio interface. For reference, the mic we are using is an XY field recorder which was the best thing we could use at the time to capture everyone's voices around the room, at the cost of not really being able to use compression or gain without getting a ton of extra room noise since the mic is so sensitive. Also due to having to change streaming locations last minute we didn't have any way to acoustically treat the room properly so there were more sound reflections off the walls and ceiling than we would normally have with our usual curtain setup to absorb those. Hope this information helps explain a little better why the audio is the way it is, thanks for the feedback!
There was someone in the stream who was having issues hearing too. The audio was recorded stereo, and they were unable to hear some of the time because they were deaf in one ear. Do you have general audio issues, or is it dependent on where the people are speaking from?
Redguard gets Adrenaline Rush which we can get really fast speed boosts from to make clips easier in the tutorial, but then we need female high elf for a ton of reasons but a main benefit is her height, which increases her movement speed 10% constantly without needing to refresh adrenaline rush daily.
