I haven’t caught anything on it. I don’t recommend it at all. I usually take two two piece spinning rods. A 9.5 foot 1-2 oz light 20lbs Black Hole, and a 10 foot 1-3 oz heavy 40lbs. Lamiglas. Thanks for watching!
@@fishermen22 hi. Thanks in advance. So do you then just wrap the poles up in some tube and pay the extra needed for an oversize ? Or do you ship in advance to mexico ?
@@erth2ingrid I fly Alaska Airlines so they allow an oversized luggage as long as it doesn’t weigh over 50 lbs. It’s only a 64” tube. I haven’t had any problems besides TSA inspections.
@@fishermen22 I’ve spoke to another Korean angler name Caesar at Richards tackle in San Gabriel Ca, he told me to throw in or near a boil of dorado, yellowtail, or tuna. Cast, let in sink into water for 5-10 seconds, and crank fast. He swore they pulled in 2 tuna and 1 yellowtail, I’m going out on Oct 21-22 from Dana point boat name the FURY. I Intend on using this with a torium, 50# braid, 40# floro, 8’ rod. I might bring my spinning rig if I can’t cast far enough
@@jamesvasquez6280 From personal experience, I've never caught anything on that jig. It doesn't really make much of a sound and it has little action. I was shore casting in Mexico and literally cast it hundreds of times. I'll use Daiwa Zakana, and the metal colt snipers, over those any day. They are much more productive, cast further, and sink faster. Anyways, best of luck and thanks for watching!
so I'm curious how happy you were with this lure? Another, thing i'm wondering is how many rods did you take to Mexico?

Is that a sinking model or floating? If it's a sinking model, how fast does it sink?
It’s sinking, not sure how fast, but I can cast it from shore and it’ll touch bottom when it’s close.
@@fishermen22 Maybe about a foot a second?
How does it swim?
Don’t buy this lure, I’ve casted it thousands or times and never got bit. It doesn’t have that much action. Thanks for watching!

I have paid up to $80 for a jerk bait 😂
I hope you got a ton of fish on it.
