Sir I have one doubt in topic of bonus issue ......if after bonus issue share capital is crossing limit which is there in authorised capital .......in that case we have to increase it right ....on what basis we will increase it????? As in in module they have done it in two ways 1) in the ratio in which they issuing bonus shares 2) they are increasing authorised capital by adding amount of bonus issue in that ...........so as per ur judgement what should be the treatment?????please let me know answer is if you know I am so confused
