So curious as to why you haven't looked into a social media manager! I completely understand the need to be off of social media for personal mental health reasons but from a business standpoint it may be beneficial to find someone to take over your social media posts for the podcast :)

I went to college for theatre and wanted be become and actress so bad but couldn’t handle the struggle lifestyle. We must find ways to keep chasing these dreams even if it isn’t our entire career.
I relate 100% to the social media discussion. It's absolutely horrible for someone with diagnosed mental health issues. It's bad in general on the brain but most people can just post something here and there, scroll around and move on with their day while periodically checking back in, but someone like me for example with severe anxiety, depression, self hatred, and bouts of mania it can make me spiral to the point of insomnia, mood swings, etc. I'm so glad they talk about this stuff because in a fast paced social media world it's so easy to get caught up and obsessed to the point of toxicity. Jess, as someone who's studied ennegaram for many years what you're experiencing as being average is an attachment, specifically ennegaram 3w4. wanting to push yourself to not be average is attachment and competency stuff. accepting that now is attachment relaxing its structure. rather than 4 who only accepts themselves no matter and doesn't care how negative he/she can be. it's more about how the world can be disappointing (frustration) rather than a reflection of yourself and how you don't measure up to outside standards/how others don't receive it (attachment). 4s dgaf about what others think that much. it's like prince (4) vs Whitney Houston (3).
