I, too, can have a hard time falling asleep. I have been using the better sleep app and listening to their hypnosis section. It has helped me a lot. I bought a soft headband on amazon that has headphones in it and sleep with that on and white noise playing all night.
That's why its good to have more than one thing you likr to do. That way you can alternate and not get burned out on any one particular thing. :-)
I use a magic eraser mop to srub my tub. I love cleaning with magic erasers but can no longer bend over to get to the tub. Now I have the best of both.
