When We enter the present and absent in November month, the same data is present in December month. For example November 1st the person is "P" and the same person December "L". Now my query is the November " P" going to December. But in December the person is on leave. Kindly give a solution for this issue. When we change the month data also needs to change. How to change the data's/values??

Had tried this excel the following are the challenges I found. Can you please give solution for this.
1) For one month if we enter (E.g November 2022) and when we change the month to December 2022 the attendance appears the same and even in Weekends and Holidays also the Letters are appearing and no error message are being appeared.
2) If we change for December Month and the November month data is not available.
3) If we clear the entire data is not available.
We need the worksheet as below if this worksheet should be usable one to everyone.
1) The entered data should be stored for all the months and when we change the months the entered data should be available.
2) Clear the contents should clear the current sheet and should not erase all the contents.
