Soft Pastel Mandala - The Swirl of the Universe

Hello everyone! In this video, I’m painting a mandala. Mandalas are used in religious ceremonies in India and Tibet as tools for meditation and prayer. People look at or create mandalas to find peace and feel more awake, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm just following my instincts here, no planning or sketching, just marking the center.
Material list:
a 15cm by 15cm piece of white oil pastel paper, a pencil, a brush, a ruler, some pastels, an eraser, cotton swabs, a craft knife, washi tape, and some pattern stencils(or you can cut out your favorite shapes from cardstock).
