It’s always a treat to see the Flexi Shaft in action especially with the camera showing how the spinning chains work on the getting rid of the blockage and the hair 😀 not much water or fumes in that cave apart from the cleanup 😀😀😀👍👍👍

Spotted Ratty just hanging around. Also spotted some hair and a giant single red Mega Blok in the drain at 1:58. Great job with the Flexshaft. Perfect weapon of choice Ollie. Real great job also in cleaning up the mess like it never happened.
Been on a binge of these videos and it took me far too long to realize the Kookaburra sounds are added in and that he isn't in fact being followed around by one at all times...

The little red thing looks like an enlarged 1x1 lego brick. And I must say I love the quality of that access cover. The accessibility probably made it easier for you and the thickness of the cover seems to prevent any restriction to the flow.

Someone doesn't like red Legos haha. Silicone works wonders. Over the years I've used that stuff for all sorts of different applications whether it's residential, commercial, or automotive, you can seal water in or out with that stuff pretty well.
I find it hard to believe that a small bit of hair like that can cause a back up and leak. I guess it doesn't take much to impede the flow, and exit through the failed joint seal. Makes ya think ... Hmmmm. Good job, Oliver. Keep it simple.
I don't think the problem was hair. It may have been something else combined with that toy block, and it dissolved with some running water. Given time, that toy might have also passed into the mains... or maybe caused another blockage. We'll never know.
Thanks for bringing ratty along on this job, but I wonder where are the rest of the crew. And don't say they are on vacation because nobody gets months worth of vacation in real work environments. Any way I love your videos keep them coming and bring the whole crew next time...
