    We can give 25 to 28 grams of fiber per day.The fruit we gave is apple, avocado peach and oranges. Vegetables we can give like oat meals in small portions, tomatoes,green vegetables like cabbage or ice burg letus

      28g-30g firber require for Pcos patient . In that amount of fiber food contain fruits like peaches,apricots,apple etc and vegetables like peas,spinach and broccoli.whloe grains Alo include like whole wheat,brown rice ,barley and oats.
