The First Power Baby!
After reaching the second platform you can jump to the cliff/rockwall (towards the back right). You can then double jump up to a slightly higher section of the cliff. Then you can double jump to the large pointed mushroom cap. Finally hop on up to that power baby!

I didn’t want to kill him but had to cause a box got glitched into his roof so I couldn’t finish the task..
Well it’s a bit late now but you can still get the power baby after killing him Im not sure what the requirements are but I reloaded the world went to the tv and got the baby

I couldn’t get the first one and uninstalled the game….
So no one knows what to do if you don't help. Doopy? I passed her without helping and went backst the end of the level, there was no Doopy anymore
