  • This might come out in 1932 or 1933. But it isn’t a Disney cartoon. It’s a Ted Eshbaugh cartoon. It became PD in either 1960 or ‘61. This was set in the wintertime. The musical director of the cartoon “Carl Stalling” worked for Disney during the late 1920s. And he is working for Eshbaugh cartoons during the 30s after he left Disney. This isn’t too much a Christmas cartoon either. And it wasn’t shown on the Christmas list either. But it does feature a “Snow man”. And he’s the villain of the cartoon. Most cartoons don’t make sense at the time (not as an insult). This is in Cinecolor. And the distributor is unknown. But, enjoy the cartoon.
