If you don't know what you are capable of, limit yourself and don't trust in your own skill, you are going to constantly get hit by the "oh f*ck, i just hit that" moment when you are in the middle of a play and that will cause nerves throughout the rest of the play... You have to be on the self confidence of a Chad, to resist the nerves and the shake, but for the rest of us, who are as confident in life as a child at the counter when his mom leaves him there with the groceries, i think the answer is...
