Not 100% sure what I meant but I could assume that it’s about the dancers since they’re costumes are very reminiscent of the ones Lady Gaga’s dancers would use during her “ARTRAVE, The Artpop Ball Tour” If Katy had used this style before then I was not aware of that, I made my comments based off my own knowledge.
