There is a gas station kit currently available at hobby shops. It has pumps, not sure about figures.

Yes. The little white and green one! I don't think ti comes with figures, but there is the Fujimi Mechanics which could be altered with some carefully sculpted Green Stuff. - Hmm...I should do that sometime!
