I'm from Vermont, my cousins had a black dog named Johnny Cash,he would steal our toboggan and pull it back up the top of the hill,and slide down all by himself. We would pour water on our sliding trail,and man it was fast!! This year me and my sisters are going on a sleigh ride to honor our mom. Can't wait!!

I'm #2 in a Family of Seven. When my Uncle & his wife and my 2 cousins would come then followed by my Mother's parents once in awhile my Father's parents our House 🏡 in Torrance, California would become an out of control, crazy house but we had a blast. I grew up in Bermuda . I remember playing hide and seek with my family until the late hours. My favorite gifts were coloring books and crayons. When we moved to the states we lived in Mass. so I had winter too. I remember playing in the snow making my first snowman.coming into the house half frozen and my mom making coco and soup to thaw us out. I'm so glad to find another Christmas video notification from you two! Thx so much for sharing your special memories. My favorite Christmas came in 1975 when I was 18 years old. My church had planned a youth group snow retreat immediately following the big day. I was so excited to learn that another friend had invited my new boyfriend to come along. We walked in the moonlight by the frozen lake, and then took turns riding the huge toboggan slide. It seemed so magical at the time. No wonder we fell in love. Married for 40 years now. 8-)

4 kids, tinsel on tree, always real tree, special ornaments each year, each got $5 and went to corner store and bought everyone a gift, not much income but somehow there was a load of gifts every Christmas, Grandma's house Christmas day for big dinner at beautiful layed out table with the special china set. I just started watching your videos a couple of weeks ago but I feel such affection for you both. I got teary about Angela’s flute that tough Christmas. And your sharing stirred memories in my life too. The good times. The tough times. This year is proving tough. For so many in our family because of illness. Woke up to a snowy morning here in southern RI. Seeing your video was like opening a present. Where ya gonna go, Folks? Doesn't get any better than that. I think the Ghost of Christmas Past visits us every year in the form of nostalgia. I grew up in NJ, and I remember that we used to have some pretty heavy snowstorms. Christmas Eve was the main event at my Polish grandmother's house. Had so many aunts and uncles that we kids made out like bandits. Amazing how Santa managed to bring everything on our list...even through leaner times. The years with our kids and grandchildren have sped by, but wonderful memories remain. So many memories. Memories/traditions are the light and life of friends and family. My most treasured memory is going with my grandfather / father into the forest of Bavaria Germany hiking and finding our tree, we wood decorate it with things we found on our hike or where the most precious to us to honor Jesus. We had live candles on our tree, our wood burning stove was crackling , goose was in the oven, soon with all the fixings. Christmas morning we woke to our slippers full of nuts, oranges , tangerines and a special treat of chocolate. Thank you for the journey down memory lane. Merry Christmas Jeff and Angela! My favorite memory is of my Uncle Pat dressed as Santa, coming down our street on Christmas Eve as a light snow was falling. He was walking up our block when my father opened the door and 'persuaded' Santa to come in. Us kids were all jumping up and down screaming! He came in with his huge sack bulging with presents for us. That was the best. I was about 6 or 7. Other wonderful memories are going to visit my relatives on both sides, the huge dinners of many courses and deserts. Coming from a very large Italian family, we always had lots of cousins to have fun with and the best food you can ever imagine. Thank you for sharing your memories with us! I have to tell you that we always heard sleigh bells in the night and could hardly wait to see what Santa left under the tree. When we were older the "mystery " was solved, our older brothers confessed that they were the ones ringing the bells. Fond memories indeed.

I remember my mom said if we were awake Santa wouldn’t stop or he would put pepper in our eyes. She also said he wouldn’t stop until we went to sleep. We were so excited for Santa to come. We went to bed early and then like magic it was morning with toys and we always got coloring book and crayons. That Christmas afternoon we all would get around the table and color. My Mother had such an affection for Christmas that it is such a special Holiday for my brothers, sisters and I. Dad would buy our tree, set it up and string the lights but the rest was my Mom’s and I (I’m the oldest) to do. Mom and Dad didn’t have a lot of money but did their best. Grandpa helped many times. My favorite gift was my little suitcase style record player. I could play all my favorite 45 records, Elvis of course. You and Angela are great, loved the funny stories. That tree behind you is just gorgeous, I enjoyed watching you decorate. That story about the car seats was hilarious. By the way, don’t you dare disappear.

This is a great way to celebrate Christmas, with all the memories good and not so good. My biggest memory of Christmas as a kid was my mom giving us the Sears catalog to look at and wish for items we saw. We never got what we wanted because there was never enough money and 7 kids, but we had each other and had a lot of creativity so all is warm memory's. 🎄

Incredible that we made it 😊 We had soo much fun going to grandparent's home in the country. (a 30 mile drive). And her kitchen smelled so good, like baked cookies & cakes. Hi ya Jeff . It's now 5 am in the morning and my day has started . My family are still sleeping but I'm doing the food and table for Christmas breakfast ready for everyone to get up and open presents and eat. I want to thank you both for this special video . Jeff you brought back memories of my life when I was in Scotland the snow and most of all my dad would tell us twas the night before Christmas story every Christmas Eve . When I we came Australia and Jeff and me had children my dad did the same for them . He passed away on Valentine's 1990 but Christmas was his time of the year he loved it and I think that's why I love so much because of him . We had our hardships but my sister and I always had a great Christmas . My mum was the second youngest of 11 kids so Christmas to her was family as long as we spent it together . Traditions are life even in Australia mine are different to Jeff's his family were all army moved around alot . I woke up early and got a notification had to get up and turn the tv on to watch your memories One of my favorite memories was going sledding at a golf course we lived near we had coke a cola round metal sleds they was so much fun . But there was this one time I was going so fast I went into a creek got so wet the water was freezing on me had to Walk back home I was freezing my feet turned blue and they hurt so bad ! So much fun sledding . We had good Christmas I miss those days cause now most of my family has passed on not the same any more . I make memories now with my daughter and my grandson and granddaughter. My oldest daughter passed away 4 years ago she was 27 and gave me two granddaughters . Christmas are good but we miss her so much . I’m glad I came across your channel. Y’all inspired me to Decorate more cause I have a lot of decorations as well I have 19 large tubs and 16 medium ones. Couldn’t use it all but I did use about half of them. I gave some decorations to my youngest granddaughter and her dad she loved my decorations I gave her all the elf stuff she was so happy! Cause when I’m Gone I hope they use and keep my decorations. I’m 63 and my health isn’t that good but I just keep on going the best I can!! Dear Jeff and Angela, it was so touching, I enjoyed it so much. I loved hearing your stories and seeing the pictures. I have wonderful memories as a child too. My parents made it so special every year. One year we were in my bedroom and we heard thumping sounds from the roof we came out into the living room and there were presents all around the tree. I just had to watch this again this Christmas night. I watched it when you first posted it, but wanted to see it again. My husband and I were only blessed with one child. I can’t imagine wrangling 4 car seats! Of course I’m glad there are car seats to protect little ones, but it can be a nightmare dealing with them. Of course, when he was gone, was such a shock to me. I felt like I really had lost a close relative. I called him always sweet uncle John. He was, is, also a Christmas boy, is birthday is on the 31 this month. When we have such lack of tenderness and all the good things that don't cost nothing and are the best gifts,but even so non existence, we get affection even from dreams,fantasies. After childhood time of course came the teenager time. So guess with whom I became in love with and wanted desperately to go to your country again??? Oh boy, yes, he's also a star, he's from Alabama, I even started talking english with that pronounce, can you believe it?! . Well, we all know him, I'm talking about Lionel Richie! Oh dear! Yes, I was with such a crush on him. Still am! Also him, he's like a relative to me and to the ones that know me, when someone hear some news about him, immediately they think about me. It's funny.. For my family this was terrible. Dear John was one thing, but Lionel?? He's skin is brown. So what??!! For me nothing, but for the rest.. I could not speak about him or even listen to him songs. Was such an agony. All looks so far away now, and yet just like yesterday. I'm sorry friends to talk about this matters that have nothing to do with what brought me here. It feels good to me to talk freely about such innocent things, that even so wore forbidden. It doesn't matter now. I am sure you and Angela understand. But you know what people say, at the third time, must be, what means that, the first time wanting to go to USA was about dear John, next, for my Alabama boy , now, because I wish to be your neighbor. So this is really the best time of the year to make a wish. Let us pray for this one to be a reality one day. My dear friends, it's time to wish you a very very very happy Christmas! Family were over for Christmas and my disabled daughter was home as well. I was busy caring for her and she returned to her care home today so I finally found the time to finish watching. The night before Christmas is a lovely story. My daughter found this story at an Op Shop, took off the shabby outer cover and decided to paint the name of the book in gold lettering on the front of it. She did a lovely job on it and It will be a perfect keepsake for her young son who she read the story to on Christmas eve.

One of my best Christmas was that I asked Santa Claus for Christmas for a Walkman I was 10 years old and my parents said well I'm up ask to see if it comes and I wanted one so bad that's when they were trending you know oh my goodness when I got the Walkman I listen to it date or night straight into the batteries right now and for me that was one of the most beautiful memories that I can never forget and you know my dad has seven children we are seven children and they did every Christmas we never went without but the best memory was the always have a wonderful family Christmas. 😁 Merry Christmas guys from my family to yours and a prosperous Happy New Year 🥰💖
Lovely. 🎄. My mom always had the Nativity sets. I would help her. She is 84 now. Dad is 86. We lived in Saudi as he worked for a company that looked for oil. I remember getting up early with my brothers and seeing a doll house. We rummaged through our gifts then went back to bed. Hahaha. We went to Dallas after several years in Saudi. I remember helping with the Nativity sets. Olive wood. And an African set. Helping decorate the tree. It was cold in Dallas. We weren’t used to it. After college I came to Houston as my folks moved here. A few time it snowed. Last Christmas was bad. My house experienced Texas winter. I have not been able to fix yet. I have a daughter and this year I had to really think what would she like from Santa. She is 20. Work is hard as omicron has hit Houston. They provided dinner at work and our managers that are new gave us Christmas gifts. First time in 16 years that this happened. I work at a hospital. I have seen it all. I work tonight as always. I pray especially at Christmas time for the sick. And they are really sick. Do I blame Wuhan. You bet. It was a hard year. I pray it is better for us all 2022. I won’t work New Years but all the days surrounding New Years. I just don’t want to be at work for New Years. I want it for me this year. Merry Christmas and best video ever.

I'm from Vermont, my cousins had a black dog named Johnny Cash,he would steal our toboggan and pull it back up the top of the hill,and slide down all by himself. We would pour water on our sliding trail,and man it was fast!! This year me and my sisters are going on a sleigh ride to honor our mom. Can't wait!!

I'm #2 in a Family of Seven. When my Uncle & his wife and my 2 cousins would come then followed by my Mother's parents once in awhile my Father's parents our House 🏡 in Torrance, California would become an out of control, crazy house but we had a blast.
To this day I think back to those wonderful Merry Christmas times of my "Childhood".

I grew up in Bermuda . I remember playing hide and seek with my family until the late hours. My favorite gifts were coloring books and crayons. When we moved to the states we lived in Mass. so I had winter too. I remember playing in the snow making my first snowman.coming into the house half frozen and my mom making coco and soup to thaw us out. I'm so glad to find another Christmas video notification from you two! Thx so much for sharing your special memories. My favorite Christmas came in 1975 when I was 18 years old. My church had planned a youth group snow retreat immediately following the big day. I was so excited to learn that another friend had invited my new boyfriend to come along. We walked in the moonlight by the frozen lake, and then took turns riding the huge toboggan slide. It seemed so magical at the time. No wonder we fell in love. Married for 40 years now. 8-)

4 kids, tinsel on tree, always real tree, special ornaments each year, each got $5 and went to corner store and bought everyone a gift, not much income but somehow there was a load of gifts every Christmas, Grandma's house Christmas day for big dinner at beautiful layed out table with the special china set.

Woke up to a snowy morning here in southern RI. Seeing your video was like opening a present. Where ya gonna go, Folks? Doesn't get any better than that. I think the Ghost of Christmas Past visits us every year in the form of nostalgia. I grew up in NJ, and I remember that we used to have some pretty heavy snowstorms. Christmas Eve was the main event at my Polish grandmother's house. Had so many aunts and uncles that we kids made out like bandits. Amazing how Santa managed to bring everything on our list...even through leaner times. The years with our kids and grandchildren have sped by, but wonderful memories remain. So many memories. My most treasured memory is going with my grandfather / father into the forest of Bavaria Germany hiking and finding our tree, we wood decorate it with things we found on our hike or where the most precious to us to honor Jesus.
We had live candles on our tree, our wood burning stove was crackling , goose was in the oven, soon with all the fixings.
Christmas morning we woke to our slippers full of nuts, oranges , tangerines and a special treat of chocolate.

Merry Christmas Jeff and Angela! My favorite memory is of my Uncle Pat dressed as Santa, coming down our street on Christmas Eve as a light snow was falling. He was walking up our block when my father opened the door and 'persuaded' Santa to come in. Us kids were all jumping up and down screaming! He came in with his huge sack bulging with presents for us. That was the best. I was about 6 or 7. Other wonderful memories are going to visit my relatives on both sides, the huge dinners of many courses and deserts. Coming from a very large Italian family, we always had lots of cousins to have fun with and the best food you can ever imagine. Thank you for sharing your memories with us! I have to tell you that we always heard sleigh bells in the night and could hardly wait to see what Santa left under the tree. When we were older the "mystery " was solved, our older brothers confessed that they were the ones ringing the bells. Fond memories indeed.

I remember my mom said if we were awake Santa wouldn’t stop or he would put pepper in our eyes. She also said he wouldn’t stop until we went to sleep. We were so excited for Santa to come. My Mother had such an affection for Christmas that it is such a special Holiday for my brothers, sisters and I. Dad would buy our tree, set it up and string the lights but the rest was my Mom’s and I (I’m the oldest) to do. Mom and Dad didn’t have a lot of money but did their best. Grandpa helped many times. My favorite gift was my little suitcase style record player. I could play all my favorite 45 records, Elvis of course. You and Angela are great, loved the funny stories. That tree behind you is just gorgeous, I enjoyed watching you decorate. That story about the car seats was hilarious. By the way, don’t you dare disappear.

This is a great way to celebrate Christmas, with all the memories good and not so good. My biggest memory of Christmas as a kid was my mom giving us the Sears catalog to look at and wish for items we saw. We never got what we wanted because there was never enough money and 7 kids, but we had each other and had a lot of creativity so all is warm memory's. 🎄

Hi ya Jeff . It's now 5 am in the morning and my day has started . My family are still sleeping but I'm doing the food and table for Christmas breakfast ready for everyone to get up and open presents and eat. I want to thank you both for this special video . Jeff you brought back memories of my life when I was in Scotland the snow and most of all my dad would tell us twas the night before Christmas story every Christmas Eve . When I we came Australia and Jeff and me had children my dad did the same for them . He passed away on Valentine's 1990 but Christmas was his time of the year he loved it and I think that's why I love so much because of him . We had our hardships but my sister and I always had a great Christmas . My mum was the second youngest of 11 kids so Christmas to her was family as long as we spent it together . Traditions are life even in Australia mine are different to Jeff's his family were all army moved around alot . Dear Jeff and Angela, it was so touching, I enjoyed it so much. I loved hearing your stories and seeing the pictures. I have wonderful memories as a child too. My parents made it so special every year. One year we were in my bedroom and we heard thumping sounds from the roof we came out into the living room and there were presents all around the tree. I just had to watch this again this Christmas night. I watched it when you first posted it, but wanted to see it again. My husband and I were only blessed with one child. I can’t imagine wrangling 4 car seats! Of course I’m glad there are car seats to protect little ones, but it can be a nightmare dealing with them. I like to dream that we could be neighbors one day. My home, I guess it could never be like yours, but just to have you and Angela as neighbors and letting me see all those wonders live it would be heaven.
You know, since very tender age I had in my heart the wish to go to America.
I was still a child when in a Christmas show on the TV, I saw for the first time my beloved singer John Denver. Oh how I wanted to meet him. Because of him I am a country music lover. I really am. When I am more down, with no energy, I just sing along with him and the black clouds go away. Of course, when he was gone, was such a shock to me. I felt like I really had lost a close relative. I called him always sweet uncle John. He was, is, also a Christmas boy, is birthday is on the 31 this month. When we have such lack of tenderness and all the good things that don't cost nothing and are the best gifts,but even so non existence, we get affection even from dreams,fantasies. After childhood time of course came the teenager time. So guess with whom I became in love with and wanted desperately to go to your country again???
Oh boy, yes, he's also a star, he's from Alabama, I even started talking english with that pronounce, can you believe it?! . Well, we all know him, I'm talking about Lionel Richie!
Oh dear! Yes, I was with such a crush on him. Still am! Also him, he's like a relative to me and to the ones that know me, when someone hear some news about him, immediately they think about me. It's funny.. For my family this was terrible. Dear John was one thing, but Lionel?? He's skin is brown. So what??!! For me nothing, but for the rest..
I could not speak about him or even listen to him songs. Was such an agony.
All looks so far away now, and yet just like yesterday.
I'm sorry friends to talk about this matters that have nothing to do with what brought me here. It feels good to me to talk freely about such innocent things, that even so wore forbidden. It doesn't matter now. I am sure you and Angela understand.
But you know what people say, at the third time, must be, what means that, the first time wanting to go to USA was about dear John, next, for my Alabama boy , now, because I wish to be your neighbor. So this is really the best time of the year to make a wish. Let us pray for this one to be a reality one day.

I started this video when it was put up and I finally finished it this evening.
Family were over for Christmas and my disabled daughter was home as well. I was busy caring for her and she returned to her care home today so I finally found the time to finish watching.
The night before Christmas is a lovely story. My daughter found this story at an Op Shop, took off the shabby outer cover and decided to paint the name of the book in gold lettering on the front of it.
She did a lovely job on it and It will be a perfect keepsake for her young son who she read the story to on Christmas eve.

One of my best Christmas was that I asked Santa Claus for Christmas for a Walkman I was 10 years old and my parents said well I'm up ask to see if it comes and I wanted one so bad that's when they were trending you know oh my goodness when I got the Walkman I listen to it date or night straight into the batteries right now and for me that was one of the most beautiful memories that I can never forget and you know my dad has seven children we are seven children and they did every Christmas we never went without but the best memory was the always have a wonderful family Christmas. 😁 Merry Christmas guys from my family to yours and a prosperous Happy New Year 🥰💖

Lovely. 🎄. My mom always had the Nativity sets. I would help her. She is 84 now. Dad is 86. We lived in Saudi as he worked for a company that looked for oil. I remember getting up early with my brothers and seeing a doll house. We rummaged through our gifts then went back to bed. Hahaha. We went to Dallas after several years in Saudi. I remember helping with the Nativity sets. Olive wood. And an African set. Helping decorate the tree. It was cold in Dallas. We weren’t used to it. After college I came to Houston as my folks moved here. A few time it snowed. Last Christmas was bad. My house experienced Texas winter. I have not been able to fix yet. I have a daughter and this year I had to really think what would she like from Santa. She is 20. Work is hard as omicron has hit Houston. They provided dinner at work and our managers that are new gave us Christmas gifts. First time in 16 years that this happened. I work at a hospital. I have seen it all. I work tonight as always. I pray especially at Christmas time for the sick. And they are really sick. Do I blame Wuhan. You bet. It was a hard year. I pray it is better for us all 2022. I won’t work New Years but all the days surrounding New Years. I just don’t want to be at work for New Years. I want it for me this year. Merry Christmas and best video ever.

My favorite Christmas memory is every Christmas all of my Aunts and my Mom would get together and make candy🍬🍭. They made divinity, cordials,fudge,peanut brittle and the big one was the fruit cake!
