If you have cheap source of concrete, then yes - it might be cheaper over plastic tanks 2) Running and management costs - no big difference, same processes. It mostly depends on HOW you have designed the system A and B 3) Fish growth - 100% same, it depends not on type of system, but on water temperature, quality, feeding and feed quality. 4) Biosecurity in Danish model - completely same and in normal RAS. Disinfection of water and people, correct fish movement etc.
