All of it recorded in one take with one angle, no edits, punch-in's or triggers. It's just a raw, uncut drum take with slight eq adjustment. I just wanted to keep it simple and sincere as much as possible.
Tear Away was one of the anthems of my generation. Whenever I listen to it, I just time travel back to my mid school period. I guess this album Sinner is their best, it's a shame that Dave Williams untimely death had the effect on bands career, they never ever reached this albums musical level again. R.I.P Dave Williams.
There is something unique about this songs drum parts. Mike Luce plays really original fill/groove part at the middle of chorus section, which blows me away anytime I hear it.

@@EmreNacre the only reason drowning pool is'nt as big as it was, is because of their singer dying. Nobody can fully replace him because of his unique way of singing. Such a pity
