People wait outside for concert. Some men appear to be wearing women's clothes. Footage of Sex Pistols singing. Large man interviewed saying we're connecting with social situation in England and that spitting and mutilation has been blown out of proportion. Woman having paid $3.50 to get in to the concert says anyone could yell and play the guitar loudly. She didn't get her money's worth.

The "large man" is Alex Cooley. He was a big concert promoter in the greater Atlanta area that worked with really big acts.
