Track makes me cry
Same
Me too
Me too
Same 😕
same
Easier way. Put on the most epic song you know and sprint through the last chorus without stopping.
This is so true though XD
I usually use sawano hiroyuki...
sadly they dont allow that in races haha
Tru
Edd They allow .But with earphones so that others don't get disturbed.
My coach told me the same thing like 10 years ago. Basically just your arms, breath techniques, core building to maintain torso position etc. You just need to train harder (try not to get injured tho) in the daily PT routines.
My legs just literally give out on me when I sprint for more than a 100m.
FernTheUA-camr this not your sport bro
William Adams what do you know
Q L if you can't run over 100m track isn't ur sport that's fact
Mac Anderson where's the motivation don't just assume......conditioning could do wonders for the body we don't know if this person has been training, eating right getting enough sleep, there could be multiple factors we can't just say that it's not their sport.
FernTheUA-camr once I run 300 my legs give out I did a 400 and I got second to last in my heat but I’m going to train more and do better next time
eHowFitness: The longest you can maintain a sprint for is 400m
Me: Struggling to keep maximum speed for 60m.
While yeah it is technically sprinting, you arent running the 400 at a 100m pace. It isn't an all-out sprint for all400m, and if you are running it correctly you never truly reach your top speed in the 400.
😭
Imma try the shoulder thing for my last 300 of my 8 when I’m literally dying
Buddy Goodman same 😂
I'm a track athlete and these were very interesting tips.
***** it's impossible to move the arms not using the shoulders.
+Pablo Cid no
"it's impossible to move the arms without moving the shoulders" haha! xD As a violinist I would have to disagree with that.
Though also as a track athlete yes, it is very importnant to drive your arms as much as you can.
Sometimes after practice or after a shorter race such as the 100m my arms are more tired than my legs! :D
thanks for tip i currently do weightlifting and track this helped me alot
This guy is genius... Great vid
Great video ...well explained💪
Lovely technique
Fantastic video! Thanks so much!
Thankyou sir for giving us this great information
I have my first track meet in two days, so this kind of helped. So thank you
How did it go ? Was it scary ?
@@cityscapekonsultconstrict9758 a little bit but it went good at the end
Thanks for this
Stop jogging, START SPRINTING
really good. thx
Today we did 6 intervals and I started moving my arms and I was moving again lol
Thanks
Idk why I am watching this I tore my ACL and can’t run for 4 more months
Unicorn wish you the best to recover
Welcome back champion
My arm drive is bad with my left arm
Guy: You can’t print more than 400 meters
Eliud Kipchoge: Hold my lactic acid
Extreme music works too to keep the mind off the pain.
I have to run the 300 today and I have watched videos on how to run one but the way I spring is very tense and Idk how to coast off a speed so I’m super nervous.
my legs are in shape, as I can jog a mile in 7 minutes but I can't sprint for more than two minutes because then my legs start aching, my throat starts becoming cold because of how fast I'm breathing, and sometimes my sides hurt because of the enormous pressure that my lungs put on the rest of my chest area and the fact that my organs are wobbling around in my body. im simply looking for training to stop all this and, even though some can sprint as fast as me or faster, i can sprint longer than them.
do you have asthma?
@@willon60fps48 I don't, but I used to have to use an inhaler
@@karthussakamoto yea but if it happend over like 5 or 6 times you should go to the doctor if you want to continue to run
same :( my soccer coach makes us sprint the long way from one side of the socer field and back and my legs cry lol. i can jog for a logn time, but i cant sprint even if my life depended on it so i feel you
Alternatives to planks?
How often should I do these exercise techniques
nice
one of my legs is weaker because i broke it and couldn't move for a few months until it healed. how can i make it as strong as the leg i didn't break?
You need to be flexible. Do stretching. Stretching helped me
My both left hand and left foot are weaker the my right hand and right foot
You have to train that appendage twice as much to regain the strength and size.
I got tired watching. I've got to go lay down.
Watching on 30/9/2020
I didn't search for sprinting in real life I searched for sprinting in minecraft
a two minute ad? come on.
Can I do this regularly
So basically planks help with endurance and form? Because that’s my struggle right now.
idk
We have volleyball punishments as in sprints so I’m dying. Trying my best to find tips and tricks to not letting my legs give out
Just competed in states, i was ahead for 50m and then they all caught up, how do i fix this?
Don't slow down duuuhhhhh
FP Logistic xD they seem to speed up @t the last 50m
Stamina training so u can speed up with them
Lol this happened to me during one of my 4x2 relays...the key is to keep a fast but steady pace, then when you get towards the finish line for the last 50-100 meters go full out sprint. The reason they caught up to you was because they preserved their energy and for the last 50m they gained on you and lapped😁(hope this helped)
Thank
It's more like my legs gives out on me when I start running
I don't have a bad overall stamina, but my sprint is bad, I can barely resist a 100m sprint.
So move your arms fast and do planks
Sprint posture isn’t the same as sprinting for longer
So you have to breathe/inhale through mouth?
yes, when you're running and exercising most of the time in general
BPrushGaming OK TY
+WantingThinPerfection Now breath through your nose when running and out of your mouth it can make your mouth feel dry and dehydrated of you inhale through your mouth telling your body oh I need slow down and you feel more tired. hope this helped
+Taylon Ottinger no breath through*
thankies
“Lightly squeeze those glutes”
Im in high-school. I have asthma and i can only run 100m. Like an idiot, i chose 400m for sports day (in 3 weeks) and im up against this lightning-bolt that can sprint for 1,400m. Someone help me.
I need cardio !
I need carbio ! :-) :-)
I can just sprint the first 200m in the 400m sprint and at he last 200m i just jog and try to sprint
nahhh do the opposite of that, jog the first 200 then sprint the last 200. When u get to the last 200 people in other lanes are going to be going as fast as they can and you'll be out of energy js
Please ..traslation spanish
Run 100 miles at 100 miles per hour 🤩🤩🤩
I am a 12 year old boy I am watching because I am running 150 meters and 300 meters so I am scared does anyone know what to do when you are that scared especially while on ready set and go
hey 12 year old boy
hiiii
i can barley do 100m i run out of breath at like 85m
Fat boi
uGotJinxed
Train more. Do some reps of 120-150m sprints with 85% intensity at the beginning. Atleast twice a week. When you can do 120m easily 100 is no problem for you
I can’t full power sprint A 100 meter cause i end up getting tired and start going 80%
This is not good way to move your arms at full speed. Go and CHECK Dwain Chambers video about moving arms!
I can sprint a mile. It's very tiring but it works.
What's your mile time?
you literally cannot sprint for a mile, no one can
Assuming you're an average person with a 13 second 100m sprint, your mile would be about 3 minutes and 45 seconds
Brett Hilbert
Considering his lack of response i would guess his mile is ~6min
+BPrushGaming
Hey that's my mile time.
Wrong - almost every person, even sprint coaches who're 70 years old, can swing their arms MORE THAN 50 TIMES in 10 seconds, yet they CANNOT MAKE THEIR LEGS move at the same speed and run 50 steps in 10 seconds; the reason is that the arms ONLY serve to balance the legs movements, not the other way around.
Y’all this is random but share the events ya do!
Mine:
4x8
800M race
4x1
2 mile
Sprinting is not all about power.. strength create power which is literally the start of any race.. the race itself is a strength endurance game. Power is football. Not runners.
Hayden How do you measure this strenght?
Your hands go too high up.. they shouldn't go any higher then your shoulders.. try push more to the back...:)
Actually they should go right at eye level.
Dimitar Pljachkov You're hand should be around your cheek.
Depends on the length of the sprint.
I'm 11 so ummm I just need to run longer BC I'm already fast
Minimal focus on the breath...okay, good luck with that.
Arm drive is garbage. Notice how this clown barely moves when he swings his arms really hard. Now, if he moved his legs really fast, that’d be a different story.
