Yea this is more like a marketing feature overview not really a review or test I was looking for. Trying to get a feel for its performance before pulling the trigger.
Hi, can you tell me if the DSP effects like EQ and compressor can be applied to the playback channel? I am looking for an interface where I can apply these, say, to a media player playing through Windows sound or stuff like that.
Do you know if it allows a modeling mic such as a Townsend be able to live stream in source connect for instance in a chosen mic? I know UA twin is one of the few that allows for this without having to do any complications within the daw. Cheers
Yes, no problem. a simple TRS to mini stereo Y splitter cable like this will do it: www.amazon.com/dp/B073XYNSKK/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_ZJWEZ7SWQ8XNNS69HJZ3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It seems that this interface is discontinued!??? After only 2 years Presonus is ditching one of the best multi-streaming solutions. Instead of creating a pro version for musicians with better preamps better connectivity. I am really losing trust in Presonus since Fender acquired the company.
The software looks incredibly glitchy... see how the mouse jumps around, and the controls are hard to move around? The headphones jack at the back, big nope in ergonomics, and no power switch.
@@hazzardsound1505 Alright. Just stating what I saw in the video. Been burnt by Presonus before. They ask others to build the drivers after the hardware has been built. It's not a team effort. Caused many a world of trouble, and no help from them.
PreSonus better get their shit together! This was SUPPOSED to be released on Sept 1st and no one in North America appears to have it in stock due to PreSonus not shipping any items out to anyone yet and no word from them why! Not a good start for me regarding this company.
@@SaultiBalldeip Oh very cool. I didn't even realize SW included their own warranty. It's my first time buying from them but I have only read great things. I ultimately went with them because Amazon was gonna take a full week to deliver haha. I'm excited to check out the unit it looks great!
ummmm not one mention of latency, pretty vital id say
Having use Revelator mic, if this is the same, i say its latency is acceptable

Does it have enough gain to support Shure SM7B without having to use a cloudlifter?
How well does it handle mix-minus for easy podcast use? Thanks.

Hi can you tell me how the preamps and converters sound compared to the UA?
Do you need something like a Cloudlifter for an SM7B?
Not necessary.
Do you have any idea for a release date? I just preordered one like a week ago and I can seem to find any info on that online
Nice helpful review. Thanks.
Does anyone know if you can mute the microphone inputs directly from the front hardware buttons?
Any way to connect this to a cameras microphones input also. ? Which cable if so?

The "other" audio setting is desktop/mic mix volume. fyi

The software is not glitchy. Must have been something on the reviewer's system. Check out this review at 4.20: ua-cam.com/video/OvPGCbZAL58/v-deo.html
The software is defiantly NOT glitchy at all. This looks like a frame rate miss match for the screen capture.

I got mine on the way now.
@@BeHempy Still not in stock here in Canada. Might just order from Sweetwater.
@@SaultiBalldeip Might as well. I ordered mine from Sweetwater yesterday and the tracking shows its arriving Monday.
@@BeHempy Yeah comes out to around $280 CDN after exchange, close to the Amazon price anyway plus you get a 2 year warranty via SW.
