Got into shinobi strikers a month or two ago because of your videos. I enjoy the game with all the new content since the release date. And this is without buying dlc. Thanks for your videos.
Hey Globku, I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue. But I keep running into an issue when booting up Shinobi striker on my PS4 and I keep getting an error message that keeps saying that the game was unable to connect to the game servers and I’m unable to play online. Do you have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it.
been playing this for as while, heres a tip i can give you guys. If youre playing solo, meaning with other randoms and not on a team, expect to not be healed. It's always good to try to incorporate self healing in your builds if you have no team or even if you do have a team, makes the healers job a lot easier. Also TAKE THE SCROLLS ON MATCHES. Scrolls that appear in matches are VERY important, one scroll can change an entire game, so try to get them whenever you can, dont sacrifice your team for it if you can help it obviously. Also, in combat, try not to stray too far away from each other. If you have a healer you would not believe how many times you can get them killed because youre off on the other side of the map getting rekt and they have to now run over and save you, but in the process of doing that, they get focused, and if theyre a pure healer , which is a healer that cant really fight back, theyre screwed. Stay close to your healer as much as you can, that way you bring the enemy team to you, you can attack others with your team, your healer can keep you healed, you can protect your healer and each other, and everyone is at less risk....but watch out for wide range ultimates. Also try not to be hovering over a pit, with ults like mind transfer clone and izanami, once a support type character does that, youre done, end of story. Um....thats all i can think of off the top of my head besides what globku already said.
@Gigantic Impact not really actually, i understand not everyone has the medicine, but thats not the only way to gain hp, the only class without at least 2 moves that give hp is ranged. It honestly depends on how you play, Every build i use, can self heal. Regardless of what class im in, and I dont mean Healing 5% of hp no I mean completely self sufficient. It takes a lot of knowing how the class works, knowing what your moves do, how they tick, and using things other than solely your jutsu to damage your opponent. For example, look at the wood dragon jutsu for attack. It gives hp based on what the opponent loses. Therefore if you want to gain more hp from it, you need to either shorten the amont of time you have in between usage, or you need to lower your oppenents defence and then use it. That way you maximize the full potential of the jutsu'd healing capabilities. Attackers honestly dont even need damaging jutsu, the weapons in attack do jutsu level damage with a couple hits from the weapon. It's good that you want to be a healer main, it honestly kinda takes a lot of knowledge of both the game and jutsu to be completely self sufficient in every class. But it is possible. I wouldn't call no pure healer a problem, because the support class ultimately has a lot of jutsu that has absolutely nothing to do with healing, meaning the way you play the class can vary depending on your preference.
@Gigantic Impact to be fair any build could be caught in a gank, counters to everything exist. The more you practise with a self suffient build (or any build really) the better you get, so its a matter of getting used to it i suppose. It's okay to believe that you need a pure healer though, i cant say i agree completely but to each his own ya know. Personally what I do to help know if a build is good or not and to just practise in general with builds i use is I do an S rank VR mission like the team 7 one, and do it without dying. The S rank team 7 one is good cause theres 1v1s, 3v1s and 2v1s and at the end a 6v1 all the while the npcs have super armor during their moves, crackhead determination and they can literally use their ult every 10 seconds. It helps you dodge, know when and where to attack, and just helps raise your awareness and skill with a certain build so you dont get yourself in problems in actual matches. But thats just me. Ultimately I agree that having a pure healer is good, but I just dont think its always 1000% necessary. But not knocking what you believe, like i said earlier to each their own.
@Gigantic Impact while the ai on most of the vr missions are stupid, the S rank ones have a lot of BS attached to them, when i tell you in the S rank team 7 mission they can spam their ult every 10 seconds, i mean it, they can literally do their ult anytime they damn well please. The akatsuki one, they straight up have super armor whenever theyre doing a jutsu, same with that team 7 one. You should try it, you might be surprised. Oh and a pure healer is just a support character thats focused on healing and healing only. And trust me, with practise and understanding of the moves, you can get out of almost anything, obviously when someone gets you in a proper gank they got you, but it doesnt mean there was no way to escape it. Ive learnt how to do things like dodge hazan, even yasaka beads, not use a jutsu to counter, no like dodge using regular in game mechanics, just takes time, and a hell of a lot of practise. Movement is everything really. Movement and judgement. But seriously tho, give the S rank ones a try when you wanna test out a build agains BS and multiple opponent situations, i suggest the team 7 one :3
Great video!!🌹 My input is, the game is a lot more fun with people to play with. Casually or competitively, having a squad elevates the game and is the biggest reason most of us long time players still play the game. Vr missions are less tedious, quick match and events are more enjoyable and you can even fight against each other in survival mode practice or test out ninjutsu and combos on each other there. So find friends and go crazy!!
Valuable Movement Tip: Chakra Jump+Jump (at same time) than dash and jump. This is crazy good because you can move twice as fast and outrun opponents with spped boosts liek obo or awakenings
Shinobistriker also just came out on playstations subscription thing as one of the free games. That's how I jumped in and its been a blast. Thanks for the tips globku ima put this to good use
Im not the best but a tip I always use is always know where your enemies are. For example, you can always use the camera lock to know where one enemy is, put if your not paying attention to your surroundings you might get caught in another jutsu or another enemy might start fighting
Good tips. One thing I would add to the substitution tip is to also be mindful of jutsu and weapons that seal subs so in that situation you also don't want to save your sub because then it might be too late to escape at all.
For some reason when I loss multiple times I got ranked down and that's that's I almost quit the game completely. Also, I really need them to make reporting easier because I'm tired of having to go to the website and spend 5 mins to report a person every. Single. Match.
I hate to have to say this but DLC is a major part of the game whether its the gacha system with scrolls or different VR masters , most of the content is locked, I'm not saying to enjoy the game you have to purchase it but with an limited number of 20 characters while the DLCS currently on 29 which have more unique Justus than the base roster. It'll be tempting if your trying to play F2P and although they realise new ninja tools and clothing to the game its usually obtained based on luck. I just hope they continue with expanding some free content updates to the base game similar to what they're doing with season 5 like custom move-sets.
The DLC Justus are in the game now without having to pay real cash you just spend Ryo in TenTens shop and like that you could obtain them without needing to Purchase any DLC
Just got this game 5 days ago and it’s a lot of fun! Did every single mission so I’m a Jonin now and am B5 rank at the moment. I only know how to play attack and ranged at the moment so I’m going to take some time to learn healer thanks to this vid :)
Man ppl really don't realize how op wall spalts are. So lets say ur in a map that has a pit where u can fall to your death, u get hit by Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame Rasengan, etc. Then u get knocked on the wall. I kid you not, you will fall to your death no matter what you do. U press literally every single button on your controller and your character just won't do anything at all. I speak from experience. I don't know if this is just a me problem or is that a problem for other players.
The hard knock from the wall splat is usually when you have already used your air dash or double jump before you got hit so you don't have it available to "recover" before you fall
Save your esoterics the tenten shop changes every 2 weeks at the beginning of the rotation spend around 40-55 scrolls but make sure to spend them all at once but in 7s you’ll get every item in the shop if you spend a high number but in 7s just make sure not to go spend some then come back you have to spend them all at once. Iv gotten every item from the shop within a hour for the past 10+ rotations, trust me and take this advice .
I used almost everything from dms kakashi dlc because it’s my favorite character and I love it when its a flag battle and I’d be almost back with the enemy flag and there all chasing me but I use kamui and they just go through me and I get the win.
Most important tip for having fun is extra people. Even if you gotta go invite someone from the lobby just having someone in that party makes the game infinitely more fun.
REMEMBER! Lock-ons prevent you from easily leaving Shadow Clones alone. Only lock on when the risk of accidentally targeting someone else becomes too high!
Not really you just need to practice toggling the lock on on and off when you need to. You do want to be locked on to whoever your fighting but as soon as you see the sub you want to lock off turn around and lock back on
Globku is one of those channels i love so much that I watch all of his vids even games i wouldnt play. Im a gamedev, fgc commentator, and competitor, there are many content out there for me but nothing beats a good globku video.
I feel like people don’t realize how well her small tornado are, basically there is a costume that charges ur ult if u combo 15 hit ina row and both ur small tornado’s and the big hurricane continuously hit the enemies and makes any ults charge very fast
It's nice new people are finding these videos they really help they may not be for advanced tryhards but the tips are useful especially for new players
Fun attack build. L1:sharigan R1: kunai teleporting Justu (the one where you set a kunia and go back to it Clone: clay clone Took: shadow clone jutsu wrist thing (using it will restock your sub) I think y’all see where this is going. Pre fight set kunia rush in with shraigan active cause a miss try force them to sub and once they do just start teleprtoing and subing then hit your tool sub again and your shairgan should be up too. Any ult is fine for this I use Kubi cloak Naruto.
Jumped into it for the first time last week. Don't be detered by anyone with two-touch jutsu/ultimates, you just have to coordinate with your team to beat them. Try it out!!
Great vid globku I’m a vet and even I learned something (specifically the recovery cancel for rope dart) but I’ll show my friends this they’re new and it’s hard trying to teach em when they’re so bloodthirsty
I like this game but everytime I get on it I feel like there are so many things they could improve. Long load times, crashing, pay-to-win abilities, pulling SS items you can't use because of gender and classes, unbalanced game modes. It sucks bc I feel like this game could be really great, but they just haven't really tried enough with it. Still fun to play every once and a while though
Also I don't know If this is true but whenever you use esoteric scrolls use them in groups of 7 because when I did that I noticed I was getting SS ranked items more often then not
Ps4 monthly gave it for free and me having only seen a small portion of the original series, and constantly hearing that naruto was good decided to try it. I love it. This video is also perfect in terms of timing. This game is also stupid amounts of fun.
As a long time player who's been here since I think tsunade or orochimaru were the newest master's I'm still learning how to combo with different older weapons and learning movement in combat. I'm good at movement when it comes to getting across the map quickly as a healer supporting the team but I'm horrible with movement in combat itself. This was the first vid I've watched about shinobi striker that gave tips on substituting that I'll start getting better with and hopfully stay alive longer during matches😆 Sorry for the rant😅 but hopfully this comments helps someone out in someway new or long time players👍🏾
Since all the first season jutsu can be bought in shop people should train under a character from other seasons first. Trian under them for the first 5 stars, or 7 if they include a weapon you want then move on to the next DLC, you can always go after the full master at the end, the jutsu and ult are more important than lobby actions and titles.
Here's a added tip, if you want to main healer/range, use a substitute justsu with a low cool down, these two types will get jumped more than attack and defense, healer because more heals=less people dying, and ranged because you're basically a fly that goes around annoying people, trust me this helps
I picked the game up when it was on sale on steam (on Christmas or new year's I think) and after a few matches you realize how important movement is in this game
Tbh. I don't play half of the games he does or really care about the tech... its just the level of quality and dedication to the content that makes it a good watch. Especially the demon slayer events
Bro I swear the panic substitute thing is what everyone does nowadays I literally made an attack build just for that where I get two subs instead of one which is good for me cause I subbed outta everything now that I keep this build handy I don't do it as much anymore
Thanks for this video. Been playing shinobi striker for a few days and this is the quick start guide I didn’t know I needed. I’m also trying the 6 path Madara builds you mentioned in a previous video. Thank you for the content 🙌
Now a days everyone is a competitive player or have a very competitive build making playing for fun really difficult since you're just being absolutely destroyed cause you tried to Try out a build that looked fun
another tip, if you got a sick ass combo that worked against bots that doesn't mean it'll work against real players cuz shinobi striker has some lag issues when it comes to internet
Tip #0 You need to buy either that character or the season pass to unlock rewards for that character when having them selected whilst you do online or missions. Without buying them you get no where. Can still buy a lot of characters jutsus, clothes, hairstyles etc. from the TenTen shop. Though it doesn’t have everything meaning you’ll have to buy dlc for whatever isn’t available in the shop. As well if you want bonus jutsus you have to buy the season pass, special training etc etc. Prepare to constantly open your wallet for this game especially for scrolls…Or just mod your account to have unlimited money/scrolls and every jutsu and clothes available for free. This is coming from someone who’s bought every single piece of DLC available for this game, including Pain. Which is dumb in retrospect as you can get him for free just by having Konan.
One thing I always wondered is if there is anyway to get better at block timing and combo escapes. I may just not understand the system and feel like I get caught up in combos way too often. I probably just need teammates that can cover me when I am out of subs.
This is a great guide, I just don't know how anyone is playing the game right now. I tried hopping on a few days ago and the server was under maintenance. I kept trying over and over for days and it just tells me cannot establish connection to server. I found a glitch to login, but I can't look at leaderboards or redeem any of my scrolls or rewards! Game never works everytime I try to play.
To be fair though.. most people play quickmatches for objectives.. They use it to train... But yeah if it's nwl.. Play the damn objective... with quick match.. it doesn't really matter
I star playing a couple of days ago, I'm just smaching buttons and running the hell out when my hp is low, I'm like it a lot since is just short pvp matches that are simple but not extremely easy
There’s a thread on reddit called "why are ppl so stupid in Naruto Shinobi Striker" and just 1 matches with randos will make you realize that’s a valid question. I’ve never seen so many ppl lose 3vs1 and that’s reliably not once in awhile. It’s like ppl don’t even try to sub or use their ninjutsu at all. I am actually flabbergasted by what I see on a daily.
Also for number 7 In ranked you lose points for rage quitting I was busy with something so i closed the game Come back to see that i am a1 now instead of s5
Another 2 important tips are: 1. Just becouse you have a LOT of esoteric scrolls, don't expect to get anything out of them 2. Don't use the most broken weapon in the game and if you face someone who do, subtitude or try to run away immedietly or you'll die.
i be trying to enjoy this game until they match me (rank 3) with a bunch of sweaties(other team) who are like rank 10 and up…and i main healer ;-; so i’m always getting jumped
I Main a healer as well and it can be overwhelming. Movement as a healer is very important with globkus method I get away a lot faster and back to the team and heal. But I'm a silver rank so I learned the timing of my attacks and I'm pretty hard to take down best advice learn all your jutsu and the weaknesses they bring
this guy is so entertaining that i watched the video all the way through even though I already knew everything in this video and have like 300 hours in the game😂😂😭
HOW DO I EVEN FIGHT??? are there combos? I feel like I’m just mashing buttons when I get into fights. I know this vid is 2 years old but someone please
Im a beginner that got it free on ps plus and even i know to bait a substitute. But then again i play very many different games and baiting ppl is just common sense in every game lmao
Too many new players jumping straight into survival or world league just to get destroyed and rage quit ( sometimes crashing the whole game ) There is a beginner playlist for a reason! and if you want to join the big boys at the very least don't ragequit
Imo until U hit rank 4-5 u should be forced to play beginners match. Im tired of having players that just started playing the game as my teamates but my enemies are rank 18+ sweaty try-hards.
Great video and well detailed i’m still pretty new to the game and i’m always just getting chased and killed but I want to ask how do you change the language of the game?
What they should change tho is matchups cuz u should run against ppl without a team if u not in a team then ppl in teams should run against other ppl in teams or face ppl in your rank cuz some beginners come in and sell or get clamped by ppl that are FAR MORE experienced its ok to lose to ppl with a lil experience but not someone that has 4K plus hours in the game with all Ss weapons and fit they should match u up with your exp or lvl
Ive plateued at a 1.3 kd and im not getting any better. I dont understand how some people have infinite subs, infinite heals, jutsu every 5 seconds, infinite combos you cant escape from, its ridiculous yo. People will juggle me till my health is 0 and even when i sub out, they can charge way further and faster than me and i literally cant get away to heal unless someone else in the arena comes and starts wailing on them. I do the l2/ jump dash method but others are still able to do it way further and faster than i am.

Got into shinobi strikers a month or two ago because of your videos. I enjoy the game with all the new content since the release date. And this is without buying dlc. Thanks for your videos.
do you play on PC or ps4/5?
Hey Globku, I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue. Especially now that there are a lot more non healing healers

Best build for flag is Choji’s Human Boulder & Kisame’s Subterranean Voyage
Notably for the non-DLC masters beyond rank 5 most of the rewards are scrolls, not cosmetics

Wish they would make the fast movement easier and not rely on weird glitches and cancels to move around quickly. So irritating to get a hang of
for me playing as the normal characters is way more fun then a custom
Just started the game I absolutely love it thank you bro!
Ps plus ?
@@walfish2930 yeah
yo i just started too and i already bought 9 dlc 😅😅
@@pineapple6604 lol
@@dragondestroyer3210 same I’ve bought 10 already💀💀💀
A short spear / sword would be a cool range weapon . You toss the spear and use both for combos . Thoughts ?
Also I don't know If this is true but whenever you use esoteric scrolls use them in groups of 7 because when I did that I noticed I was getting SS ranked items more often then not
Why seven tho?
@@coptool3344 lucky number 7
Tip, if you see a team of players of claws as weapons. Prepare to get cheesed liked you've never been cheesed before
Even as a casual player #4 is HUGE and feels like it should be common sense
yo these ads gettin out of hand man 😭😭 lmao
Ps4 monthly gave it for free and me having only seen a small portion of the original series, and constantly hearing that naruto was good decided to try it. I love it. This video is also perfect in terms of timing. This game is also stupid amounts of fun.
Holy moly! Congrats on 300k + subscribers! Well deserved Globkuuuu
As a long time player who's been here since I think tsunade or orochimaru were the newest master's I'm still learning how to combo with different older weapons and learning movement in combat. I'm good at movement when it comes to getting across the map quickly as a healer supporting the team but I'm horrible with movement in combat itself. This was the first vid I've watched about shinobi striker that gave tips on substituting that I'll start getting better with and hopfully stay alive longer during matches😆
Sorry for the rant😅 but hopfully this comments helps someone out in someway new or long time players👍🏾
I might be able to sub out of combos but I’ll never be able to sub away from my ping
I have had this game for a while but I’ve always been a little lost this helped a lot thanks
Just use time space hop, emergency exit or swift step and your sorted. Everything else doesn't exit 😂
@@coptool3344 nah, I'm addicted to exploding clone on defense
I wish every player I've ever been on a team on would listen to this
I picked the game up when it was on sale on steam (on Christmas or new year's I think) and after a few matches you realize how important movement is in this game
I got this game like the month it came out played it for a day then never played these tips were helpful for someone who is returning to the game
Now a days everyone is a competitive player or have a very competitive build making playing for fun really difficult since you're just being absolutely destroyed cause you tried to
Try out a build that looked fun
Another tip BTW you should always open 7 esoteric scroll at a time
Game modes are very “repetitive” from what I’ve been playing, it’s still a fun “free” game for plus if you like Naruto enough. Abraço!
This helped a lot. Thank you, friend!
another tip, if you got a sick ass combo that worked against bots that doesn't mean it'll work against real players cuz shinobi striker has some lag issues when it comes to internet
Why is no one talking about the manscaped advert and globku saying balls😹
Which is dumb in retrospect as you can get him for free just by having Konan.
i was in the top 10 in world league and i think i’m doin pretty good first week or two playing with zero dlcs you don’t need em fr
Thank you so much man keep up the good vids
One thing I always wondered is if there is anyway to get better at block timing and combo escapes. I may just not understand the system and feel like I get caught up in combos way too often. I probably just need teammates that can cover me when I am out of subs.
When I wanna RETURN TO MONKE, I just do survival exercise, chaotic and fun
Funny thing I learned if you bought a character dlc and you want to get the rewards faster spam d rank missions 😂
This was a VERY much needed video for most people
I star playing a couple of days ago, I'm just smaching buttons and running the hell out when my hp is low, I'm like it a lot since is just short pvp matches that are simple but not extremely easy
I literally redownload it yesterday and grinding as we speak
There’s a thread on reddit called "why are ppl so stupid in Naruto Shinobi Striker" and just 1 matches with randos will make you realize that’s a valid question. I’ve never seen so many ppl lose 3vs1 and that’s reliably not once in awhile. It’s like ppl don’t even try to sub or use their ninjutsu at all. I am actually flabbergasted by what I see on a daily.
Same dude I been playing combat in league and I can kill 2 ppl by myself then look over and see my 3 teammates getting clapped by 2 ppl.
5:18 said it louder for the ppl in the back
Started when it went free for PSPLUS and I was literally rewatching old video's to see if I could find any tips
been playing this game since release and I haven't been doing the wire kunai wall trick, thanks lol
Also for number 7
In ranked you lose points for rage quitting
I was busy with something so i closed the game
Come back to see that i am a1 now instead of s5
Brooo your the best shinobi striker youtuber youve helped me with alot
Wow… never thought I’d see a video like this ever.
Rule number 1 bread sticks should finish all vr missions and stay in beginner mode until they can't play it anymore
Another 2 important tips are:
1. Just becouse you have a LOT of esoteric scrolls, don't expect to get anything out of them
Literally just started plating last week and this is very helpful owo
Bro shut up
Actually I had someone laugh at me for my KD ratio before. I mained healer -_- before last battle Sakura came out which is when this happened.
this guy is so entertaining that i watched the video all the way through even though I already knew everything in this video and have like 300 hours in the game😂😂😭
That add was.... Something
HOW DO I EVEN FIGHT??? are there combos? I feel like I’m just mashing buttons when I get into fights. I know this vid is 2 years old but someone please
Start with light combo, use jutsu, combo/ninja tools, other jutsu, combo again🫡
@@Gloxkfrmdaland thank you
I’ve played since 3 years ago and so yeah i know about all these.
Best strat nmbr 1, Taking the docters out of the fight..
Gotta love shinobi strikes teaching war crimes😆
I just realized this game is very similar to splatoon 2/ splatoon 1
I love getting stun locked over and over
Attack build flying rajin level 1 wood dragon as ninjutsu sub rinn shargan from final battle Sasuke ultimate from shishi
Globku: don’t panic sub
Me: the butttons are moving on thier own !
Im a beginner that got it free on ps plus and even i know to bait a substitute. But then again i play very many different games and baiting ppl is just common sense in every game lmao
Too many new players jumping straight into survival or world league just to get destroyed and rage quit ( sometimes crashing the whole game )
There is a beginner playlist for a reason! and if you want to join the big boys at the very least don't ragequit
Imo until U hit rank 4-5 u should be forced to play beginners match. Im tired of having players that just started playing the game as my teamates but my enemies are rank 18+ sweaty try-hards.
i never knew i could have more than 4 builds
work on justsu combos like bouncing ppl into walls to setup for a longer combo and stuff
Yes I need this training because I start play this game again
I had this game on my ps now just bought it on pc so it’s been awhile but I love this game
Great video and well detailed i’m still pretty new to the game and i’m always just getting chased and killed but I want to ask how do you change the language of the game?
Awesome Tips
Why not just post the link to his channel in the description? 🤔
Currently looking up Globku's K/D to laugh at him
I like these videos Even though I play the game I need a refresher or new tips/tech
Thanks for the vid
Ive plateued at a 1.3 kd and im not getting any better. I dont understand how some people have infinite subs, infinite heals, jutsu every 5 seconds, infinite combos you cant escape from, its ridiculous yo. People will juggle me till my health is 0 and even when i sub out, they can charge way further and faster than me and i literally cant get away to heal unless someone else in the arena comes and starts wailing on them. I do the l2/ jump dash method but others are still able to do it way further and faster than i am.
