Love the inboxes. What a great accomplishment a good feeling it must be to have some blank shelves. I think that you need a conveyor belt when you’re moving those boxes down the line.

I could see you having a craft event with some of those shirts at your store for kids/teens where they could tye dye them, or use the bleach technique on the black or brownish red x-small shirts, to wear them or become beach cover ups, art cover ups etc. Lots of clever things can be done with the spray bleach to create designs. Maybe do it during days you're closed. Could be a useful way to use up a lot of an item or collection of items that's harder to sell, bring people in and parents with wallets! ☺️

Hi Heather & Paul great to see that you are starting to make the retail space/storage area your own. May I make a suggestion re the backpacks/book bags that are lying flat out in the shop. Just near where they are the hanging bars that currently have some lanyards on it, would it be beneficial to hang the backpacks/book bags up there instead. I think it might attract people to the especially as they are coloured. Hope I am not out of place for suggesting it. Enjoy your journey that combines both businesses. 🙂 from Melbourne Australia
The Healthcare item is for an economicly set up for a workspace. It is adjustable to the individual when sitting at their computers. I had one when working at Healthcare Partners Medical. There great, just wish I had a desk to mount it on, I'd buy it.
The keyboard thing is for if you have a taller desk you can have your keyboard and mouse lower down on their own tray under the desk, causes less arm strain.
I think a lot of mystery boxes are called for, lots of different categories: school supplies, office supplies, really miscellaneous: how fun would that be for buyers.
Please don't put the used furniture covers in the trash. Recycle them. We need to keep as much out of the landfills as we can. I love watching the dumpster diving shows because they rescue lots of good things and donate, use, or sell them.
Paul and Heather do you think all those boxes that were on those shelves were all liquidated merch like you guys buy. Maybe they bought pallets also. Alot have those stickers also

One note of caution: With that "single lanyard" thing at the beginning, be careful not to allow gravity to try and make some sort of fashion statement or anything because if it remains looking like a necklace and you try and "swoosh" that thing around too much, the only thing the rest of us will hear is, "Clink! clink! OWW! Crash! Crunch! Oww! Stupid tangles! Oww!" etc. No one's gonna get any shopping done that way...Too much "entertainment factor" ongoing... Wait. :P :P :D :D
Keyboard trays that mount under desks are bought by companies and individuals who are shorter and using the keyboard on a desk is too high to be comfortable.
