The actual forum design might just be wrong, wrong seating location and colour, encouraging the characteristic Irish political strife and, by consequence, disregard for constituent concerns. And in any country while constituent meetings are never known to the public generally, disregarding the concerns is easy, leaving more scope for personalised political strife and exclusion of tough issues such as whether legal process exists and component use of bureaucracy generally leaves much to be desired.
