How do the cold water from lower tank reaches the engine

Hot water form engine tries to move upwards because of density reduction and enters in to radiator through upper head. This will create low pressure (vaccume) in engine jacket and cold water will move from lower head to engine.
Also, hot water entering in to upper head will push cold water forward to enter in to engine. I hope you got concept.
