Here's the thing I'm not much of a gym going but if you do any repetitive form of exercise or action. What happens is that you are more then likely going to enter a brain state where your eyes start to wander. The state also happens when you're extremely bored. You don't have to focus as hard on what you're doing. For example this happens also when you're eating in a restaurant. Your eyes will almost snap to something more interesting. Like a table being a served. A waitress/waiter moving and so on. Someone is having a birthday cake served to them. Some lunatic screaming in the corner. They're all part of the same behaviour as it's what keeps you alive. If you're not aware of what others are doing then you're likely to be involved in an accident or a predator (As in wildlife) gobble you up. You're not a creep for looking around as loads of people do this constantly. Waiting for a bus? Guess what you're watching cars whiz past. You're watching that Pigeon eat some crumbs. Your eyes follow a random stranger on the opposite side of the street.

I live with that same paranoia. I find myself darting away every time I see them do this, and I have to awkwardly look away as much as possible when they're in my line of sight.
That’s because a fair amount of them do do that, yet act like they don’t for some reason as if it’s wrong that they do. You want to look good and actively try to get peoples attention that way, go for it. Everysingle guy ive seen at the gym along with myself, long shorts or pants and tshirt or tank top some even wear long sleeve shirts.
Remember to take a day of rest… your muscles and body will thank you
The education system has failed these kind of women.
Over promoting girls’ self esteem.

@@OutlawKING111 I’m not against women having confidence. You’re taking what I said out of context, white knight. I said “ _over promoting_ girls’ self esteem”.
@@OutlawKING111 Women had confidence many decades ago.
Now women have complete narcissism

I've seen my fair share of women at my local gym pushing it with the dress code. I don't want to jump the gun and assume the worst, but sometimes it does feel like some of these women are fishing for glances (especially when they pull their phones out and start taking pics in the mirror).
Long as you own up to it is my opinion, and long as you don’t try why these gals did using it to try and ‘expose’ men.
When let’s be real, man or woman is gonna be lookin at you if you pull up spandex like that at the gym. It ain’t just a male gaze thing lol
@@AspieMemoires or in very tight leggings for that matter.
So we're reaching the point where men either will need a "Male only gym" or to invest in private in home gyms just to be safe from being called pervert?
But then that’d cause a ruckus over sexism or male superiority or discrimination or whatever people wanna get mad about. (Jokes aside I think that’d be a fun idea for them. A lot more peaceful. )
Gyms are going to have to start setting up dress codes and updated rules.
No filming or only filming in dedicated areas.
I go to the Gym so I can work out and focus on bulking up. I have to so I can be ready to outlift Swolemort. Just because we both lifted the Forbidden Weight doesn’t mean I’m ready. I got kicked out of Planet Fitness for doing Curls in the Squat rack, almost got sent to Azztograzz for it, but I persevered. I am sick of these thotties bringing their set up just to call people out. We should all focus on our sick gains and our bulk, not filming ourselves and posting it to social media

I’ve had looks at the gym. And I just ignore. I just don’t like ridiculousness. It’s so sad that we’re at this state where we can’t be comfortable at the gym. This is bad for men and women. The more this keeps happening the more likely men are gonna get uncomfortable around women in the gym.
Oreo guys will just move their Jim's to home. Since women don't go to the gym to work out

I'm bisexual, can see a hot woman in tight revealing clothes and I'm gonna look, but I'm not a toddler and can control myself around temptations.
Gyms could solve this by banning filming.
If i was runing a gym, i would make it one of the rules to not allow Cameras in the gym, period.
If you do get one in there you arent get back in.
I certainly hope the gyms in my small town don’t happen people like that. DX
Somebody should start a women's only gym and specifically advertise it as being a safe place to exercise without worrying about creepy men. I bet we would see very quickly how few women actually go there because they don't get any attention or can't get social media clout for this kind of behavior
Women’s only gyms already exist, and they’re thriving.
@@gobalbucs"Thriving"

Im glad i don't go to the gym these type of ladies ruin it for everyone who actually want to work out which is a shame because i want to use there facility for swimming and exercise in the running machine

This is why I stopped going to gyms because of this I started get my own equipment

Dude you getting some gains. Good job.
Oh my gosh.... Who would complain about that? Not me for sure.
As a man, I don't understand how pulling your shorts up to the point where you are literally giving yourself a wedgie is "comfortable". In fact, I don't understand why women wear short shorts like that if they aren't doing it for attention. Like, come on, I would be uncomfortable as hell wearing those shorts.
I'm pretty sure the whole covering the ass thing is done by everybody.
Myself included. Though, I've got my own reasons for it. One of them is because I hate tucking my shit in.
I hate wearing short shorts at the gym because I don't like my sweaty legs sticking to the bench/seat. Those are reserved for running in hot weather.
Gyms should have dress codes
Returned to the gym after almost 4 years away due to ongoing injuries that made it difficult to do more than 3 - 4 reps every hour.
Walked into the gym lobby to renew my membership, they walked me around the gym area shows the new equipment insta models filming in each of the corners of the area. I turned around and walked out.
Couple guys from work are going to help me set up a rope ladder and pull up bar in the backyard.

women like this is why our social skills as a species has gone completely in the garbage.
I find it funny that stupid tiktokers keep trying to replicate this trend, thinking it will work again and no one doesn't get anything.
Gym is a temple you are safe most dudes in there are top teir gentleman who would rather die then stop working out very admirable. The last thing thats on their mind is lewd stuff they come here to escape everything. If you go you know. Man i miss deadlifting might get back into it!
This is why i say if you wanna get in shape pick up boxing apparently self defence is anathema to girls like this

1: I don't go to the gym
2: I follow the Saitama regimen
These people's need to be tossed out of gyms phones first
Unfortunately this is dramatically more common than people think. These are just the women who have been caught.
so no one talking about if its controlling for a man to not want his girl to act like OP? damn

I work out 5 times a week at my gym, weekends off cause it's my only days off work and those are my me days. I don't do anything special, just general work outs I'm not the most fit muscular person that said I am lean and clean person. I ride my bike casually also, not trying to push myself, as I enjoy a relaxing ride on cool spring, summer, and fall days and I have done this for about 17 years now, I am 30...
2 things, 1, I seen girls like this at my gym, she's 100% showing off, she knows she is, she wants attention and nothing more and to try to tell on men
2, we've seen girls, exactly like this, wearing the exact same super tight clothes including tops, and trying to get "men" in trouble and I have seen them both flirt there asses off with the biggest and hottest guys they can find, complain to staff when people they don't want to look look, and, hopefully her gym is like mine but, filming is not aloud and I've seen women, and a few guys (Different reasons) caught filming and it is a no warning removal from the gym and membership suspension. I hope that happened to her
I prefer virtual women.
At home gyms for the W 🏆
....so ya know the internet... is people... who use the Internet with eyeballs... meaning they see what you post... meaning you just exposed yourself to a lot more people than were at that gym.
Genius
This is why, you report them immediately to the manager or owner of the establishment. There's a sense of privacy when you go to a gym, which means before you and them. That they're recording themselves in those weird positions, in your in it, they're invading your privacy. And now it's caught Slippin, just wear a blindfold or wear a pair of sunglasses. They can't tell where you're looking. And even if the blindfold is shear, they can't tell from the outside.
Hello HeroHei hope you have a nice day
Thank you same to you!!
So they want to show off at the gym, but they get mad if they’re shown attention…? That literally makes no sense but then again alot of things don’t make sense today.
I really wonder why Gyms don't ban filming yourself inside the building. Would solve a lot of problems and keep a lot of thots away from Gyms.

I have half a mind to start a man only gym but I feel like that wouldn't work because "sexism" but women only gyms are fine
Attention is a drug
Op is literally pulling a “Don’t you lift, Bro?”
“Eek, stop staring at me when I’m dressed in a salacious and attention grabbing manner, and I’m blocking a path to the weights or a walkway while filming myself to upload on the internet!”
All of these "Expose" videos in the gym are doing is making Men paranoid to be near women at the gym. Even if they're not interacting with them in any shape or form. Heck, it's making me paranoid as well and I don't even go to the gym. I don't want to go one day only to get exposed for zoning out in random directions. 💀
You'd think with the kind of coverage this issue gets it would happen less. Unfortunately, it seems to be happening more and more. I've thought about going to the gym, but I guess I could always settle for working out at home. That, and I already work in a field that requires physical labor.

The ladies can just wear the same thing the men wear, shorts and shirts, they wear short leggings like that because they want to show
Should just ban recording in the gym. Unless they have the permission to record on specific dates and times by the gym ownership. Letting other members know they will be recording then.
Just wear basketball shorts like men do.
I really don't like crowds to begin with so I work out at home..😂
