Brilliant, great to see the final project having watched you mull over the idea of putting it together, really nice presentation and I for one love the music ... I just happened to be learning a bit of MQTT -> Node-red so had a D1 mini with an SHT30 & a BH1750 light sensor up and running, so I chucked an Adafruit SSD1306 OLED on another D1 Mini and had this up and running, in parallel, without too many problems. BTW I programmed both boards OTA (just needed to pay attention to which board I was uploading to .. yep I messed up a few times lol) ... Thanks again!
Heya, Pete. Thanks so much, yeah the music is tricky as I try to balance what makes me happy vs. audience preference. The company behind the scenes is much appreciated, looking forward to keep hanging out with you and others as I knock my head against some walls :) Saw your suggestion for OTA on stream, and as I was giving it a try, realized my DevKit ESP32 board was acting up. So the two instances for the IDE were fine, but you're right, it's a nice alternative! Thank *you* as well!
This is perfect, I'm waiting for 2x ESP8266's to arrive, I want one to receive a signal from a wired PIR, then transmit to the other, which will light and LED and sound a buzzer.
Heya, Philip. Thanks, I'm glad you found this useful. I have a version of this for ESP8266 (ua-cam.com/video/gZhUi24_qms/v-deo.html), but I feel the firmware for this is a little more polished and uses websockets, so it's a better starting point. Good luck, and shoot me any questions if you run into any trouble!
@@datasith Thanks, I'll save your video to my playlist. I have ESP NOW jotted down in my project book, I'll be researching that too. I just started following you on Instagram.
Heya Dinesh. Thanks for stopping by my streams. LIDAR-based SLAM is a project I really want to do. It'll take me a little time to get there, so stay tuned!
Great video. Help with something please, I can’t program any esp 8266 board because when I try to compile the sketch return an error with the python. I’m using a Mac. I really appreciate your future answer. Regards
Hey can you make a vidio in which communication between 2 esp32 is possible using any 3 party server. So i can send my data from one esp32 to another esp32. And i can have IOT.
Hi Cisco, In earlier videos the narration speed was significantly slower that one can understand what you explain on the fly. In this and other videos you talk so fast that it's possible to recognize what you are talking about but true understanding is not possible. Why that? It makes your channel less attractive even though you make brilliant content.
If that data could be imported into Libreoffice calc for real-time data logging/graphing that would be fantastic. If you could do a video on that (and make it open source) I'd be really grateful and tip you $100.
so many tutorial videos on here and this just doesnt cut it, why the music ? why so quick ? just very skippable imo and..... this isnt esp32>esp32, its routed via your wifi router.
Gracias Master !!!. Al código se le podría agregar la función de mDNS para no tener que saber la IP y solamente conectarse al dominio asignado. Saludos.
OMG. You are talking fast, type fast and scroll fast. Are you wiling to provide the source-code or am I forced to start stop your video dozens of times to make screenshots to obtain the sourcecode?
Yeh, it's tricky. I prefer having background music, and most of the time keep it simple (instrumental guitar/piano). I really liked this track, and it flowed well with the video. But I understand it's not for everyone. Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad at least the content was good :)

Hi Cisco...Its a informative video..How about a session on LIDAR based mapping and movement...it will be useful..

Great video. :-)
Thank you! Much appreciated the hanging out as I try to figure stuff out behind the scenes :)
Hello. as others have written, very good content. Link to the firmware does not work...folder does not seem to exist on Github.
My bad, hadn't push the latest commit. It should be there now! I'm glad you found the content useful!
@@datasith appreciate all you are doing for us newbies :). Keep up the excellent work.

Good sir, btw do you have a tutorial for simple using websocket? Thank you
1. Read the description 2. Search the channel 3. Write a comment - In that order. People sure like being lazy these days.
Cool
Very nice video

Annoying background music over good content. :(
