    I hear him talk about what competences an ideal employee has, but most corporations aren't looking for the most talented. Because those people usually start their own company, if they have the money or can secure the funds.
    No, most companies aren't looking for the best, they're looking for the good enough. As long as you're docile, submissive and do as you're told.

    Unless your dream job requires a higher education.
    Not for the worthless degree but the content of knowledge that makes a man more capable in his desired profession.
    I want to be a writer.
    My education however does not reach my intelligence.
