Please fix the caption. He never regretted playing the role of Mouse. He only regretted his character’s role being short lived (Season 4 & 5) and the network’s ways of conducting business with black tv shows.
Jamie Fox show could have been a bit better in its later two seasons to be honest. The show lost the kick when it stopped being hotel centered and they wrote more around Jamie and Fancy relationship, and Jingles 2000. We got good memorable moments from it but it would’ve been great if they added Mouse and all as hotel employees. But I understand the character needed some sort of growth, like all shows
Agree but they should have just ended the show. Most tv shows go on too long. That's why I love that Breaking Bad did 5 great seasons and stopped before going down hill.

....I agree. The show was funnier when Jamie was chasing Fancy. Even when Silas was her new guy, Jamie's jealousy towards him was still comical. Once he hooked up with her, it was over. Sherri Shepard became the funny one.

Fancy was also that with the doctor (Silas) in season 3, she and Jamie where together all of season 4, broke up episode 1 of season 5, and was back together the last three episodes of season 5.... rushed.

Suli was always someone I gravitated to any time I saw him on TV. He just had a natural comedic personality and had a distinct look. He’s very well spoken and hope to see him more in future projects.
