When the utility worker was called to check the room on Monday (March 19), she entered using the interior door, which had been locked. During the course of their investigation, police found the outside door was unlocked. Police removed the lock to determine if it had been tampered with or faulty and padlocked the door for safety.

The family of a man who di*d after crawling into a plane engine at the Salt Lake International Airport on Monday said their son and brother was likely having a manic episode.
Judd Efinger said his son, Kyler Efinger, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 10 years ago. He said it was triggered by severe bullying in high school.

Both of these cases were absolutely tragic and devastating and both could have been totally avoided. In the first case, if he was helped when he needed it or he found another safe entrance. I can't even fathom what his family and friends faced, firstly finding out he is missing, secondly he wasn't found until 2 months which would have been agonising and thirdly to find him but, in such a heart wrenching state. He would have suffered tremendous amount of pain in his final moments. R.I.P and my condolences go to his family.
In the second case, i don't understand why he was not allowed to board the plane. Clearly he was on time and in a queue like the rest of the passengers. Having bipolar and depression he clearly went into panic mode. Some staff show no level of understanding or empathy. The way in which he went about trying and doing anything just to get on that plane was completely dangerous. He desperately wanted to be able to meet his grandfather for the last time, having no idea that they both will be leaving this earth and will always be together. R.I.P and my condolences to his family and friends.

The most horrible stucking incident definitely has to be the Nutty putty cave with what happened with John. Second one definitely has to go to The Paria diving incident, River oaks were stuck in the oil pipeline underwater and only one of them survived

2nd case was more disturbing. The airport authorities must have been sued for their incompetence. They force delayed him & later killed him. Even a normal person in that situation would have not been able to keep calm.
