I meditated 30 minutes daily for 4 years - Advice on how to stick to meditation.

    'mindfulness is the outcome, meditation is the training, like focusing on stretching if your doing yoga, or footsteps if you're doing mindful walking,' I wish someone had described it like that at the beginning of my meditation journey. Meditation has very much helped me to de-stress the day, or calm myself between stressful things. That is reason enough to do it. I also loved, 'u choose who u want to be and then prove it to yourself with every ACTION'. Thanks for this video:)
