The fish soup is a big pot which is kind of different. We usually have fish head soup with bead curd. The grill whole fish is also different. It is not normally available in the big seafoods restaurants. However, there is one restaurant that do these big grill whole fish and other grill entrees. The crab with the rice wrapped in the lotus leave is also different. It is nice to see some nice seafoods that is different from the East Coast Chinatowns.
Yes! There are different ways of making these dishes. Also the trend in China has changed throughout the years. It’s interesting to see how some Chinese restaurants in the U.S. prepare dishes in the traditional ways~
Very nice video!!!
Thank you very much!
Now we know where to go & what to order next time we go to Houston! Good videos.

Xun Yu Si Kao has closed down.
Oh no! I was hoping to go sometime… 🥲
Your video is good, but Singh Singh sucked. Bad service, dishes super salty and shrimp so NOT fresh. Beware.
Thank you for watching! This was filmed last year. I hope they didn’t go downhill 🥲🥲
