Actually lahat nararanasan yan dahil sa nangyayari satin ngayon(mental health) Ako sobrang nakaka down kase nawalan ka nang trabaho di mo alam pano ka makakatulong sa pamilya espcially sa mama ko and sa magiging baby ko yubg tipong, wala ka magawa ang hirap pero ika nga nila di tayo bibigyan nang pagsubok nang panginoon na di natin kayang lampasan. I am also suffering with depression and wlang gstong umintindi sken but I always cried to God at hinihiling ko na malagpasan ko yung mga suicide thoughts ko dahil nandto ako sa abroad.
