We just bought a 2006 international 7300. The city horn doesn’t work but the air horn does. Got the pad off, There’s no power at the 2 wires behind the pad. Can’t find a fuse for the city horn either? Any ideas ?
There should not be any power at the horn switch. The horns are grounded to the engine and get their power from the system contoller. Somethings to check would be the clockspring, the horn grounds and wiring, and the horns themselves. I hope this helps!
It has been a while since I changed any, but if I remember correctly, there is one screw at the back of the steering wheel on each side for each switch. If you don't see a screw then they just snap in and out like a super duty. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the tip!
