Just a question, cuz I'm not sure even after checking the manual : Has the WS its Lfo's, ENV's, FLTR, ... per layer (A-B-C-D) or only in a Performance ?
Amazing sounds. Unfortunately the Korg librarian doesn't work under the current version of Windows 10 V2004 (confirmed by the Korg support). Waiting since July and still no solution. It makes therefore no sense to buy any new sound as long as it is not possible to load them into the synth.
Thank you for the presentation. I'm considering to buy the synth, but there is one problem: no strong, aggresive, weird sounds. Am I wrong? I wanna play some industrial music and dark ambient.
I’ve done some aggressive designs but it’s not really what I’m into in my older years lol. I’m more into relaxing chilled electronic music now. I think the Wavestate is quite capable for whatever you want to do especially now that you can load your own multisamples.
Another stormin' set of sounds Marc. But I'm beginning to wonder if this brilliant synth might be a tad complicated for my synth/sound design abilities? Could I get my head round it all? Is the UI too complex? Would I spend more time designing patches and less time composing? I don't know. I hope to get another synth next year and this has been right at the top of the list but I'm having 2nd thoughts.
Thanks for your comment again much appreciated. It took me about 3-4 weeks to get my head around how it actually works , that I could credibly design sounds on it. Obviously I’ve learned more along the way. It’s definitely not an immediate synth but I personally like the fact you are always learning new things.
I was worried about its complexity before I bought it. Now that I have it, I am so glad I bought it. It’s an amazing synth, and one that you can instantly pick up and start tweaking with very little understanding. I will be learning as I go.
hey, once again super nice patches! one question: would you be so kind and make a us video and show how your create like patch #19 - Unified Ambience - or #20 XEthnictricity? that'll be awesome :)
I ve Bern follow the Chanel for month and now i ve bought wavestate and want to buy the fantadtic performences but Mearc Barnes IP Adresse no longer exists. Who can help
@@Angelstarscotland I typed this in chat, and the premier ended so I couldnt send it but: "I'm playing with them now. My first was Chromastar's PAD and WOW. another nice set of patches. you really got a nice piano performance together. one of the best one i have heard yet. and i stack pianos regularly on my other keyboards
Thanks so much. Regarding the piano the samples in the Wavestate are pretty limited to make authentic acoustic pianos but you can make interesting cinematic type pianos.
The Wavestate will become a legendary synth.
I certainly can’t think of a better value for money synth on the market.
Agreed!!!
Already is.. I think people underrate this synth because of it‘s price tag and looking toyish bcuz of 37 keys..
@@MrHollabk agreed. The versatility and creativity potential is off the charts.
@@Angelstarscotland Hydra...
¿Es muy difícil de manejar los controles? gracias
It's very simple to use the controls, I also provide notes which outline what each performance knob does with my patches.

Hi all functions are per layer the only thing common to all layers is Reverb.
@@Angelstarscotland Thank you very much. That makes this thing a little monster and I will buy.

I believe the guys at Korg are working hard to find a solution
this is the volume that I somehow missed. wow!
Thanks again

Just get the wavestate. Start simple with one layer
