As an old beekeeper - if you do spill any honey please first scope up as much as you can. Then use a cloth with hot soapy water to clean till there is no stickyness left any where or you will out what likes that honey. Ants by the jillions.
Oh I am sorry you spilled your honey, but my daughters and I love how we can relate to you! My husband surprised me with a LEVO 2 machine yesterday for our anniversary. I had never heard of it until then. Thank you for your tutorial videos! They are immensely helpful. I can not wait to make this AND the salve in your other video.
I have really been enjoying your videos. I love your interactions between you and your mom. It is a pleasure to watch. 🥰 One thing I want to mention though, is that probably a big percentage of your audience doesn’t have that infuser and would benefit if you explained that there are other methods of infusing honey, such as the simple method of just slowly infusing herbs in honey. They will take longer, often about six weeks, but most would have the same benefits or perhaps more even because you don’t heat the honey that way. Some of those gadgets that you have are either unaffordable for many or just not something that they care to own. In order to reach all of your audience, it would probably be good for you to consider that a lot of people would want the simple method also. Thanks for sharing so much herbal wisdom. ❤
😱 Kaylee. "Save the last drop" I cried. We all have those moments. LOVE that you left it in. Note to LEVO... lip on the bottom plate?? Also can we say Honey Stained Butcher Block is Gorgeous!! The first time i canned elderberry juice concentrate was the first time in my canning career that a jar broke. Lost one whole quart of juice.
I can relate to that little spill. Never the less, you are a very good teacher. I have been on the fence about buying a Levo and your video convinced me! Thank you so much! Subscribed.
Im excited to try this,, I"m a beekeeper with this same Levo Oil machine.. and I have an Elderberry plant . Thank for showing me how its done at the correct temp
So grateful for your videos. I am learning so much! Thank you!! Being a beekeeper, it is sad when all your work just ends up on the floor. Specially 4 hours being infused and all your prep time. You are the best
That honey is beautiful. Both of them. My husband got me a Levo for our anniversary to help me speed up my infusion times. Because I sometimes have to split and double infuse which takes months.
My heart jumped when the honey spilled. Been there done that with making mistakes but no big deal. Thanks for all the info!!! I appreciate all you and your Mom are doing. You have motivated myself and my daughter immensely. She just bought her farm house in your “general” area and we’re hoping to start working her land, all for the good!!
In the Levo what temperature will cause honey to breakdown losing its beneficial properties? How did the infusion work I think I want to try the same thing when my Levo arrives
I love how you keep it together after spilling the infused honey I know they say don't cry over spilled milk but think it's OK to cry on the inside when it comes to spilled honey. I was thinking what if you powered the berrys and add them to the honey then let them infuse then Filter them without heating the honey at all. Would this be a more Beneficial process?
Lovely looking elderberry honey. I feel your heart with the spilled honey. I only have half of a quart of my girls honey left...I am using it with care. Tea and calling it a night sounds good.
the levo c is better than the levo 2 in my opinion because the levo c has a 1 oz infusion pod for the herbs and is able to make up to 4 cups of the infusion I use my levo c to make infused glycerin tinctures personally.
Love this. Thanks for sharing it ALL--I would've spilled the entire jar....for sure. 😃 Can't wait for my Levo to arrive--I have so many ideas I want to try. I look forward to seeing more of your experiments! Let the fun begin!
You know every time I hear the Word Elderberry all I can think about Is John Cleese Dressed Like the French soldier In the castle In the movie the holy grail.
Please inform me about something I heard from another Blogger that said honey cannot be heated to a certain degree because it loses its properties. Can the honey lose its properties in this infuser at a 105°
I just got one and I am very curious what I can do with it I like the fact that you show your mess up I love the fact that you spell Donnie and showed us were all normal all make mistakes good for you
So I have done a infusion with peppermint and Honey using my levo 2 should the honey that I am infusing taste like the herb that I have used to infused with because there is not much herb taste to the ones I have made so far or does the honey just get the properties of the peppermint infused into the honey and you should not be able to taste it ?
I believe they call this tiktok brain. 🧠 lol it's nice to get a feel for the people teaching sometimes. We live in a fast world, and it's OK to relax and take it all in ❤
I have lots of Elderberry juice. Can you use that in place of the dried berries? We also have lots of natural free growing trees in our area 💕 Love Gods medicine 🙏🏻🧎🏼♀️🙏🏻
Don’t cry Kaylee, it’s all good. Making mistakes is how we learn. Awesome video thanks again for sharing. I’ve done similar just trying to fill my honey jars. TrickyTrev 🇦🇺👍🐝🍯
🙋🏼♀️🕊. So sorry. You were so disappointed ☹️ But life goes on .. we learn. By our mistakes . It makes us smarter. Wiser as well. 🕊💕🕊💕 just started watching. Love you and your dear mother. 💕🕊💕🕊
Is it okay to not cook the elderberries 180°? I made some in my levo and then just made sure that no berries were added to the honey. Are the elderberries only toxic if you eat the actual berries?
I was watching RoseRed Homestead who is also a bee keeper. She made a comment not to heat honey over 95 degrees F as anything over will start to destroy the honeys healthful properties. Just thought you may like to know...Jo
Not sure if it was already asked in comments, you don't have to cook the elderberry before infusing or since you mentioned the temperature at 120° that that makes it non-toxic? I keep hearing elderberry is poisonous and has to be cooked before consuming.
Hey there, good question and I should have clarified about this. The stems, seed, leaves, and roots are toxic for human consumption. When infusing in this fashion, you actually keep the berries in a separate container and just the essence of the berries are released into the honey. There are a few different techniques that you can do this, but it’s all what you are comfortable with.

Used this because I’m on chemo and needed something natural for my throat that started to hurt. Perfect

Ohh darlin my heart broke for you. I have knocked over a 3 month infusion of comfrey oil. I felt your pain.
After using the coupon code, it still costs more than on Amazon ! - what a Fraud

Thank you for sharing your lovely recipe

This family are very lucky, they're eating genuine and pure honey, lot of honey in the market today are fake.
I love your ending statement!! In fact, I might borrow that!😁

Love this. Thanks for sharing it ALL--I would've spilled the entire jar....for sure. 😃 Can't wait for my Levo to arrive--I have so many ideas I want to try. I look forward to seeing more of your experiments! Let the fun begin!
At least you got to fill up your jar!! Lol! Love your honey by the way!!🍯🐝👍
Oh nooooo….. glad you didn’t loose it all …. Lessons learned. It looks delicious!
Do the heat kill the nutrients in the honey
Hi, I only have one pod. Should I use less honey and how many hours should I do? Thank you
Do you find the Levo infusion infused the oil enough for salves.
You are too legit!
How do u know what temperature you should use when infusion honey or oil?? Im a new subbie. Love ur channel
You know every time I hear the Word Elderberry all I can think about Is John Cleese Dressed Like the French soldier In the castle In the movie the holy grail.
Can you not use the dispensing method with honey? Is it too think?
Do you still use your Levo? What are some of the things you do with it?
So basically it does the same thing as infusing it over the oven but controls the temp and time better?
Please inform me about something I heard from another Blogger that said honey cannot be heated to a certain degree because it loses its properties. Can the honey lose its properties in this infuser at a 105°
Love your stain glassed honey comb art! Did you make it? 💙
I think a cheap coffeemaker could work just as good
I just got one and I am very curious what I can do with it I like the fact that you show your mess up I love the fact that you spell Donnie and showed us were all normal all make mistakes good for you
Do you know if you can use fresh elderberries and not dried or use the dry cycle?
How did you dry the elderberries!
How do I make the elderberry infused honey if I don’t have the infuser?
Fast forward to 4:33 rest is nonsense
Your welcome 😊
I believe they call this tiktok brain. 🧠 lol it's nice to get a feel for the people teaching sometimes. We live in a fast world, and it's OK to relax and take it all in ❤
Have you infused honey with a tea blend and then creamed it?
Right now levo has a 420 sale and has 40%off on selected models..I saved 100.00
Kaylee, will you have this in your Etsy store soon? Or, if I promise not to tell anyone will you sell me a jar? Mums the word!!
I have lots of Elderberry juice.
Can you use that in place of the dried berries?
We also have lots of natural free growing trees in our area 💕
Love Gods medicine 🙏🏻🧎🏼♀️🙏🏻
I totally spilled mine also! UGH! I was trying to get the last bit out!! oh well, now I know to pay more attention! LOL
If you didn't have a Levo, how would you infuse the honey?
Don’t cry Kaylee, it’s all good. Making mistakes is how we learn. Awesome video thanks again for sharing. I’ve done similar just trying to fill my honey jars. TrickyTrev 🇦🇺👍🐝🍯
🙋🏼♀️🕊. So sorry. You were so disappointed ☹️ But life goes on .. we learn. By our mistakes . It makes us smarter. Wiser as well. 🕊💕🕊💕 just started watching. Love you and your dear mother. 💕🕊💕🕊

Good job, good video, great ideas👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻🤗
Does it not affect the honey to heat it? I would think he would lose a lot of the medicinal properties
1 tsp a day of local honey gets rid of allergies
Tell us how to use this infusion. Also how to use a tincture
Good afternoon! Do you have a link or somewhere you can send me so I can check out the honey you have for possible purchasing?
Great Job 💙 🙏🏽 ✔️ 🦅 🐝
Levo should send you the Levo c unit
That has to taste good on some french toast. Oh no, you just spilled it as I was typing! 😆
Lol I wanted to cry!!!! Luckily I saved a good bit of it!
I was watching RoseRed Homestead who is also a bee keeper. She made a comment not to heat honey over 95 degrees F as anything over will start to destroy the honeys healthful properties. Just thought you may like to know...Jo
hiiii again from syria middle east i love you
❤
What did you raise the temperature to?
125
How about cleaning. No one ever shows the cleaning process
i would of cried lol
Heating honey kills it I think

Do you need to add lecithin to make infused honey with elderberry’s? Thanks for this video.
Damn, sorry about your spill. That must have been heartbreaking.
Hello 🤗✌️🐝🐝🐝🐝
Sohel
Don't you think you are killing the honey with that high temp
From what I have read if you keep it below 140 degrees you’re good, but I also shared that I will be mixing this with raw honey :)
Cool video but she sure likes to say “ go ahead “ lol
Once you heat the honey you will damage the medicinal properties . Thank you .
This infuser infuses with heat not a good idea in my opinion
Hlbd9jujf
😮☹😔
Waste of good raw honey 🍯 Honey shouldn’t be adulterated EVER!!
How about without the machine....like when he grid goes down.....machines take away the good energy medicine.
Are you wearing braces?
Why do you ask?
Are you wearing braces? Is that why?
Oh my goodness - I could use a spoonful of this today :) Looks delicious!
